美媒称，在中国有一群老人组建的社团最近登上了多家媒体的版面。他们不遗余力地组
建协会，举办活动，印制宣传材料，只为一件事——喝尿。这些“尿友”们坚信通过喝
尿可以帮助治病，而且“尿”效显著。
中国民政部6月20日公布了第八批共84家“离岸社团”“山寨社团”名单，同时还
公布了截至6月20日民政部所掌握的共748家“离岸社团”“山寨社团”的名单。在这数
百家社团中，有一家名为“中国尿疗协会”的机构名列其中，并且是民政部第一批公布
的“离岸社团”“山寨社团”之一。
民政部官员表示，这些机构“主要是内地居民利用境内外对社会组织登记管理制度
的差异，在登记条件宽松的国家和地区进行注册，多数都冠以‘中国’、‘中华’、‘
全国’ 等国字头字样，与国内合法登记的全国性社团名称相近甚至相同”。民政部称
这些“离岸社团”“山寨社团”主要是通过发展会员、成立分会收取会费，发牌照、搞

常人印象中战斗机飞行员都要求几乎完美的身体素质，近视眼曾然很多有志于空军的年
轻人望而止步。然而美军不仅做过近视手术的人可以靠飞行员，甚至可以带着近视眼镜
开战斗机！
最著名的就是美国空军越南战争的2号王牌Jeffrey Feinstein就是个近视眼，是F-4“
鬼怪”战斗机的前座飞行员，战争中取得过5个战果，后因为近视加重，才配近视眼镜
。但此后依然戴着近视眼镜飞了几年“鬼怪”，再往后当领导了，比如指挥E-3“望楼
”预警机参加过“海湾战争”，1996年退役。
所以，美军战斗机部队主观上不排斥近视眼镜（Eye glasses），条令上也一直允许，
而客观上飞行装具在设计上也兼容戴框架眼镜开战机，比如在飞行头盔里面戴着墨镜开
战斗机已比比皆是，接触镜(Contact lenses)更没问题。
反而对于时兴的近视角膜手术PRK/LAISK，却规定非常谨慎，根据美海军航空兵飞行员
身体标准：
1、首先为认为框架眼镜和接触镜是没问题的（NCD）
2、角膜近视手术是不合格的！——但是，有一系列“豁免条款”。细看，无非是要在

发帖数: 2682 | 11 各位PSU的扇子，以后我会多发些关于PSU RECRUITING的帖子，老是讨论SCANDAL容易吵
架，还是讨论FOOTBALL比较有趣。
今年PSU的JUNIOR DAY是2月23号，和去年相比，今年的规模会小很多。去年这个时候，
SANCTION还没出来，PSU的COACHING STAFF还是按照25个SCHOLARSHIP去筹划JUNIOR DAY
的，所以邀请了很多孩子，也来了很多。现在由于SANCTION，只能有15个SCHOLARSHIP
（因为12年实际用了12个，所以有3个可以转到13年，总数是18个。当然，还不能违反
总数65个PLAYER ON SCHOLARSHIP的规定），所以今年PSU RECRUITING的总体原则是要
SELECTIVE，故今年的JUNIOR DAY规模比较小。
下面这份名单是RIVALS上PSU的一个扇子跟踪整理的：

他的TOP-1。ND也很想要他。
前两天SOUTH CAROLINA和KENTUCKY给了OFFER，他立刻变了，把这两个列为他的TOP，而
且要参加KENTUCKY的JUNIOR DAY。
这孩子现在看起来还比较没谱。有人说他的GRADE有问题，OFFER都不是LEGIT的。 |
