去了一趟richmond,VA. 3:50趴车去fedex drop一个盒子，找了路边一个parking meter
，投了一个quater.然后急急忙忙去fedex点了。
路上看见一个白人女蹲在路边，手里拿着一叠ticket,当时还很奇怪，有这么等着给
ticket的么？有谁看见了还乱趴的。
15分钟后回来。发现车上居然有一张parking ticket，说我非法趴车，说4点-6点不能
趴车。过来一个黑人哥哥给我解释了这似乎是他们的新规定。我说，这不是smug么?他
大笑着说yes.这时才悔悟：天哪，那个白人女就是等着给我发ticket呢.发给我之后就
溜了。
