欧央行[微博]将成为全球首个推行负利率政策的主要经济体央行。
昨日晚间，欧洲央行公布6月利率决定，将主要再融资利率下调10个基点至0.15%，
前值为0.25%。同时，下调边际贷款利率至0.40%；下调隔夜存款利率至-0.10%。
不仅如此，欧洲央行行长马里奥·德拉吉(Mario Draghi)在其后的发布会上，更是
释放出“重磅炸弹”，将终止证券市场计划(SMP)冲销操作、准备实施量化宽松(QE)以
及推出新一轮长期再融资计划(LTRO)。
对此，民生宏观在其研究报告中指出，欧洲央行如期降息至0.15%，而降息只是开
始，下半年或推欧版QE，对冲通缩风险和LTRO到期压力。
第一招：负利率
此次，欧洲央行将隔夜存款利率调降至负值，银行将需要为留存央行的隔夜存款付
出成本，这也将增加银行的运营成本。因此将刺激银行把更多资金投放市场，而非存放
央行，从而能够增加货币供给，并推动货币贬值和打压通货紧缩预期。

当时Intel的一位fellow说, "工艺不是最重要的, 体系结构更能决定芯片性能". 于是就
在这时候, intel在体系结构上也栽了大跟头. 其辉煌程度只会有过之而无不及. 如果说
在铜工艺上的落后是一个disaster, 那么intel在体系结构上的错误会被证明是一个
catastrophe. 很难想象, 换了是另一个公司会能够度过如此昂贵的灾难.

有没有同学对于这边胶水有研究的，那些号称安全的真的就安全么？
我刷了一次家，用的油漆也是号称安全的，没有危害的。可是那个味道让我明显感到头
疼等不适，是不是就是里面的甲醛导致的呢？有没有懂行的同学有好的安全品牌推荐呢？

有厂家做好的杆子，上次定了一根century的ttldsm，rod builder做的很糟糕，所以这
次只好自己动手。
to: 破吃老大，线是varivas avani smp casting，四号70磅线，smp casting一般是深
海popping的抛投用线。
to: 威力老大，金色的是不错，一开始选择蓝色wrap是想用白色底色，完全仿制
fisherman tokara 11，后来考虑到blank只有不到9盎司，人为地加入色调会增加tip
heavy，所以就迟疑了，更改主意能轻便尽量轻便，不要求好看，但要求实用，因为
wrap用的tread已经定了，就没有更改其他颜色。
to: cxc老大，理论上自己做得用的都舒服，断杆兄和老鲨鱼提到过很多次，但是自己
做的在细节处理上，还是不如factory做得专业及漂亮，当然自己可以选择更好的配件
或者更合适的配件。
这次做杆子，还是有不少心得，算是练手，希望能遇到更合适的blank，值得再动手diy。 |

SMP-N200，tax holiday在target买的，结果回来一看amazon还便宜两块钱。
so far还不错，现在似乎正在降价，比同样功能的Roku XS便宜一半。
试了试，放amazon的instant video，家里pogoplug上的视频还有windows上共享的视频
都还不错。

可以随便调侃， 但不能人身攻击． 猜中的发包子一枚．

发帖数: 881 | 49 记不得是什么时候开始上湘版的了，不过疯人的一篇“大奔结婚乐”我居然不知道名人
大奔，还以为是疯人结婚在奔呢，可见我上湘版的历史没有足够长。
记得有一天晚上喜逢群奔，可能是老客上任的时候，见到了老客，书生，smp，民工，
纲目，疯人，可能也有小麦妈，我也豁出去奔了一会儿，那时候人气真旺。
还有老鹰和燕子，飞来又飞走，留给大家无尽牵挂。
比较有印象的油菜花：老客的相亲长篇，smp的红拂夜奔，书生的初恋史，打猎记，画
眉小时候的趣事。 |
