要知道在美国全面禁枪是做不到的。作为硅谷的科技工程师，我们应该去推动smart
gun技术的发展和强制推行。
具体的说，有两个技术是对枪支的管理和控制是有正面作用的。一是枪支的身份识别，
就象007 skyfall里面一样，通过指纹或什么别的检验identity，不是register的枪主
不能开枪。
二是location based的技术，每只枪都有GPS，只能在register的区域里操作，比如说
你的private property，或者你要去打猎的山区，超出这个区域就不能fire。这样那些
公共区域学校，电影院，Mall里的mass shooting都不会发生了。
政府在枪支销售上多收点税，用来办枪支的注册管理。然后强制推行每支销售的枪都必
须有smart technology。这些技术其实已经很成熟了，很容易做到。 |

题。
Smart Phone实际上是手机+电脑+无线上网+卫星定位，而传统GPS仅仅是卫星定位，所
以理论上
Smart Phone可以实现传统GPS的全部功能，而根据实际情况也确实如此。 |

samrt约能省油250加仑左右 按照加州油价计算能节约1000元左右
如果smart每年开1万麦 买新车的话 头5年平均折旧每年应该会高于1000 再加上你需要
支付税费 保险费两大费用 所以 你这个想法是行不通的
当然如果你是喜欢smart 经济富于 买来玩 那就另当别论 |

看了PG&E的网站，opt-out smart meter得交75块安装费以及每个月10块钱，这也太贵
了。
看到网上有卖一些smart meter的金属套套，号称可以减少辐射，那样岂不是导致PG&E
也读不到表了？
还有没有啥别的办法？或者能不能让PG&E把表挪到别的角落去呢？ |

不会让你随时测到爆表的。你测的爆表的是工频磁场，你拆了smart meter之后这个还
是一样大，不会有变化的。
你的应对方法是把床搬离入户线一侧。我家就是这么干的。 |

从ally转钱到smart cash账户，好像smart cash不算UA的promotion
想把钱转出来或者转到broker 账户
结果，钱存到里面变成FDIC-Insured Deposit Sweep， 过了两天了，available to
withdraw 还是零，
而且我的ally bank 在fidelity里面status 变成 Active deposits only, 难道只进不出
