从ally转钱到smart cash账户，好像smart cash不算UA的promotion
想把钱转出来或者转到broker 账户
结果，钱存到里面变成FDIC-Insured Deposit Sweep， 过了两天了，available to
withdraw 还是零，
而且我的ally bank 在fidelity里面status 变成 Active deposits only, 难道只进不出
了，真是太无语了。 | d****n

brokerage account with FDIC-insured account as your "core".
