单位附近有个街区原来不错，市政府有一次拆迁要临时安排几个老黑，把几户用
section 8租房搬进来了，结果这帮人卖毒品没日没夜party，一两年时间能跑的住户都

不允许私人经济，靠国家安排解决就业，城市根本就没啥新工作，所以用户口防止农民
进城，因为城里人有红本，粮食供应是有保障的。
当年农村户口见到城市户口，和偷渡的见到有蓝本的差不多。
当然，户口也有好的一面，就是在贫穷国家防止了城市大规模slum化，类似孟买，拉各

联手打造了这项服务。桑西的家就是其中一个“旅馆”，他的家里有一个新“阁楼”，
里面配备了平板电视、空调和新的床垫，这些物品在大部分贫民窟居民眼里都是奢侈品。
比杰说，贫民窟一晚上的住宿费是2000卢比（约合人民币199元），这笔钱全部交给提

现在中国朋友聚会聊聊天下大势，很难不谈到房价问题。外地朋友聚会，房价成了提升
