标 题: 紧急求助治疗方案：老公得了胃癌晚期，孩子才半岁

紧急请求大家提供信息和治疗方案。先感谢大家！
老公半年前被确诊胃癌晚期，腹腔转移（但未转移到要害器官比如肝肾肺等），伴有严
重腹水，在纽约的 Memorial Sloan Kettering 治疗。开始用Xeloda，效果很好，腹水
也得到控制，但3个月后失效；于是换用Docetaxel，但是基本上没用，腹水会在抽掉后
2天内迅速回来。但是医生仍然坚持继续用这种药，而没有给我们吧开常用的复合化疗
药。就这样用了一个多月，两个疗程。10天前本来我们要去医院接受第三个疗程的
Docetaxel化疗，先抽了腹水，但抽掉腹水后情况恶化：心率升高，呕吐，腹痛。于是
医院没化疗而是转入病房观察，就这样过了3天心率仍然没降下来，医生才姗姗来迟说
化疗推迟，但是2天后就下了病危通知。老公入院前还可以吃东西，但入院后就滴水未

我妈起初是因为腹痛去的医院，后经检查大夫说是子宫肌瘤，所以做了手术，将子宫切
除了，在手术过程中发现阑尾也有病变，就一并切除了阑尾。但是将细胞拿来做病理切
片的时候，医生说已经发现了癌细胞。而具体是因为阑尾导致的，还是子宫肌瘤导致的
，还是卵巢导致没有分析出来。因为癌细胞扩散了！我想让你帮我的就是美国那边专业
治疗子宫癌症或者治疗癌症的医院能否解决。这个癌症被军医看后说是叫：粘液癌症（
或者叫粘液腺癌），我在百度查到的癌症英文名为Mucoid carcinoma or colloid
carcinoma。
帮我问下，只要能治，有办法，我们直接飞过去！

the point is this is a pediatric patient with a history of brain cancer.
Without knowing the kind of cancer -- the options are:
Neurosurgery: Johns Hopkins, Barrow Institute or other large academic
centers such as MGH, UCSF, Mayo. Duke is DEFINITELY not the place to go for
neurosurgery. Everybody thought Ted Kennedy was an idiot to go there.
Great pediatric hospitals include: CHOP, Boston Children's, Johns Hopkins,

UCSF.
if you can, try to go to Mayo.
if you would like the broadest options, I suggest Memorial Sloan Kettering
or Johns Hopkins.
As international patients, you will be charged out of pocket for all
expenses. I would budget at least $100K. I have seen bills from
international patients routinely reach $300K here at my hospital, although
admittedly this is for surgical patients. |

at diagnosis. For stage 4 disease, 5 year overall survival is 50% in US.
Survival is probably much worse in China because it requires very intensive
chemotherapy, aggressive surgery, immune therapy, autologous stem cell
transplant. If the patient wants to be treated at US, I recommend you to go
to Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. All the chemotherapy used to

是我国内表弟的朋友的孩子。
qq：549400613，姓名：逯明成，与患者关系：父亲。
他的具体情况是这样的：小孩子感冒，去医院检看病，看完了，检查说，血小板少，还
检查，还是少，11月29号他把骨髓送到北京，30号确认刚刚达到白血病的界定标准，也
就是白血病临界值刚刚达到，这才十几天。医生也没说生命能持续的时间，他在网上查
说是急性的是三到六个月。
由于年龄太小，不敢在国内化疗，而且国内的医疗腐败，你懂的。
于是经过搜索，发现这么一家医院，Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, York
Avenue, New York, NY, United States
就是这个研究院，电话我那同学好像问的是4005252225，语言不通，也是跨国电话，不
好打，他想让给问问。问 就是小孩子一周岁能不能用那种温和疗法，现在还在临床的
那种，髓系白血病M7.
患者现在才一岁，他们不敢轻易化疗和换骨髓，怕孩子承受不了，就是这个研究所的有
一种新药，还在临床试验，但是成功率很高，他们现在想试一试。

definitely not stanford. if you must stay in california, then ucsf.
although i should add, the prognosis for metastatic ovarian cancer is not
good. |
