发帖数: 1718 | 32 上周花了3天的时间mod了我的xbox，本来早就应该把流程写出来供后来人参考，不过这几
天一直比较忙，就拖到了今天，希望所有的细节还能记得清楚。
我是follow tyning的tutorial来mod的。现在回想起来，开始犯了很多低级错误，浪费了
不少时间。主要是由于我基本上没有做什么research，以前也从没接触过xbox，很多基本
的东西都不懂，呵呵。所以建议如果你要mod的话，最好先熟读tutorial，把里面的每个
细节都搞清楚再动手。
Tyning的文档写的很详细，我只想就我的经验稍作补充。
1）关于hotswap。关键之处是插拔的时间。我第一天基本上都花在插拔硬盘和重启电脑上
面了，呵呵。第二天摸清了规律，再做的时候就成功率比较高了。一般来说，再刚刚进入
MS Dashboard的5秒内比较理想，如果碰到了error，比如error 21，就在error出现之前
的一瞬（Xbox的图案刚刚稳定的时候）拔掉硬盘。
2）关于Dashboard的版本。我的xbox是2002年2月生产的，比较老，没有fonts目录，所以
第一次mod出现了error 21。后来下载了Slaye |
