birdie, 打得球友们抬不起头来。要不是最后两洞的bogey/double bogey，今天就又打破
80了。
不过，因为是打 skins game，所以还是没少赢。所以决定下周请球友们下馆子。呵呵。 |

Actually, i didn't want to play.
my friend said, man, see, how many tips i've given to u, and i saw u improving
, i never ask anything from u.
now u were taking one spot from our 2 carts, if u're not playing, u're wasting
the spot (i guess he really wants to say: "u're wasting a spot which i could
make money from."
he, wenson is a good player. he got 2 under from the front 9.

发帖数: 10701 | 10 there is a skin game tournament at Jimmy clay golf course each Tuesday
afternoon. The course is like 3 miles away from my company. I played 4 times
since 1/1/2008.
Many local good golfers (most of them are pros) play the game reguarly. It
is not surprised to see low scores like under, even, 70's.
I played like sh*t for the past 4 times. One reason is, it was always more
than 20 mph wind when I played, always. Also it was as cold as the hell in
the first and 2nd times I played. The other reaso |

wind..
i thought I could win one skin and one close-to-pin at a 230 yards par 3. My
ball was about 6 feet. and I birdied it..
Unfortunately, the group behind us covered me up quickly. not sure if he
birdied it or not.. but I've seen another guy had birdied it..
I shot 83. can't complain. this course is tough. i birded 2 holes. my offtee
shot only about 220 yards when against wind. i would still hit another 200
yards for som |

I played sucks. only chance was no.18. I birdied it, thought i could win a
skin.
anyway, best players in town played, basically.
this is the course I shot -3 once. actually, it's a pretty easy course. |

+2 on front 9. par 71 for this course, so 75 (+4) for the total.
3 bogeys on back 9, birdied once. 2 bogeys on 2 par 3s were pretty sick.
d-bogeys on #5 which was normally hard hole. it pushed the tee a lot forward
today. then 2 birdies on #6 and #7 in a row.
however, 2 bogeys in a row were on #8 and #9, where were pretty sick as well
. Just didn't get my full-attention.
This could be the 1st skin game in the past 1 and half month. played with 3

His name should be Well Short, Jr. , if I didn't remember his name too wrong.
I did google it, didnt' find too much info tho.
He is on medical exemption due to his back illness.
It's interesting to see: i played with PGA Tour winner, and Champion Tour
Winner.
A guy is going to try the PGA Q-school this year, which, I think, is played
on next week. |

bogeyed 1st 2-holes since i didn't have any time to warm up. then d-b one
par-3 at back 9. birdied the last par-3. could be some chance for winning
skins.
it's really windy today. like 30 mph from north. it made so difficult for
playing back-9 since there are 5-hole in a row playing into the wind. for
one 420-yard par4, I hit driver+5wood (choke-down tho), my ball was just pin
-high.
pretty solid. everything ran well.. missed several birdies |

我们组就我一个人得了８４，其它全是１００+。
第一拨的４人，成绩全部都没计。 too bad to count。
８５－９０以上的也不少。
昨天就是大风，还有球场设计的是他们能拉德最长的了。７２００码绝对有了。
我要不是在最难的第１８洞冒进，还有错失了３个推杆长度的推球，我也能破８０了。
错过了前３个洞里２个１０feet内的推球，和后面的１个机会，我就知道我机会全完了。
昨天还去拔牙了，上午。打球时，半个嘴还是麻的。 |

当年和tom watston, jack nicklause一起打的。
他现在喜欢和我搭档和别人打球，best ball for a two-person team, $5/hole。
他总是告诉我，be aggressive, 他能拿上par,剩下的就是我拿birdie了，其他成绩都
没所谓，只要有skins的机会我能把握住。
你还别说，人家那把年纪，67岁， 就是能拿par，至少，打出low 70的成绩总是没问题
，而且稳定。从tee-shot，到approach shot，他不练习推球，所以推杆不是那么hot. |

STROKE我觉得差不多，就没有刻意去要让杆
看来SKIN 还是有些STRATEGY
