1) 第一个聊的是一个看上去是中国人的中年女的，被她以为我是要卖保险的，说不感
兴趣，备受打击。
2）第二个聊的是一个看上去是印度的女的，我先问她有没有几分钟听我说说一个和她
自己可能利益相关的事情。她很nice，仔细的听我介绍Skin color act后，说会回去调
研这个SCA 5.
3) 第三个聊的是一个中国老太太，上去就问她是不是说中文的。 在肯定后，就给她介
绍了这个act，她开始不知道我在说什么，但是当我提起3个华裔参议员没有代表我们利
益的时候，她恍然大悟，说前几天在大华看到过这3个议员的事情。她同意这个act和我
们自己利益相关，同意如果我们自己不fight的话，没有别人会来为我们fight。
4）第4个聊的是2个老印，他们很open，我上去说hi，问有没有几分钟聊天，他们说
sure。在我给他们介绍了情况后，他们说要回去调研。

已经感觉不到疼了。
既然没感觉了，我就决定继续跑今天的long run。 换上了新袜子，穿上了Newton
Distance。
牛顿鞋我前三次穿，跑了13迈，20迈，10迈，依然不适应，不仅仅木有理解这个前脚掌
的凸起，而且把脚跑伤了。
这次再次穿上，神奇的事情发生了。很多人提到的小腿酸痛我在前几迈就突然体会到了
。然后我特别注意了提高步频，结果不知道是否心理作用还是真的有效果，感觉跑的快
了。
也许是前半段跑的太快，后面有些乏力了，不像是前几次long run，都是后半程发力的
。不过，通过这次long run，我确定了我非常喜欢牛顿鞋。
回到家里，立即下蛋买了一双牛顿重力鞋，作为平时训练的主力。
洗澡以后，把2nd skin包扎打开，发现血泡已经完全没有血色了，血泡的皮有些重叠，
结果是我跑完以后有点不舒服的原因，但是已经不是水泡或者血泡了。为安全起见，我
今晚再包扎一次2nd skin, 为明天的跑准备。 我强烈推荐大家买一个备用，特别是万

划免疫的一部分，所以基本上所有的老中TB skin test都是阳性。这样就会被学校要求
chest x-ray和吃ING（异烟肼），现在新的quantiferon测试，是抽取5mc血液进行检测
，前后时间一天，可以分辨出TB还是BCG（卡介苗，看你手臂上的疤）。 |

水痘有免疫，TDAP打一针，SKIN TEST, X-RAY，总共收费1450，两个人2900. 医院账单
显示为uninsured patient。这些preVentive service应该保险都cover的。现在是一分
钱都没cover。
第一次去医院，没什么经验，我有保险的，不知道哪个环节出问题了，大家帮我分析分
析。
