figure skates前面有picks，所以有一定的难度，如果速度快，控制不好
摔起来也比较惨，但是有些花样的动作只有figure skates才能做出来。
hockey skates是短刀，两头都是圆的，所以做动作特别灵活。而且hockey
skates的脚踝两侧有特别的保护，防止puck砸伤脚踝，后面还有heel guard，
这些设计都是figure skates没有的。
没听说过什么recreation skates。但是有一种speed skates，没有太多研究，
就知道刀长而窄。后跟是分离的，低帮，完全不一样的设计。
如果就是为了滑着玩，可以买便宜的hockey skates。 |

今天继续练习Zipper Skate和Zipper Switch，开始加上Double Zipper Skate。
终于在今天Zipper Skate时把Recovery Arm移到耳边时竖出水面了。感觉一个是以前刚
刚开始新drill不够放松；一个是侧身幅度可能还是不够。今天这两点做得比较好。
以前和dzxy指导讨论过，Zipper Switch(Single/Double/Triple)，是要通过夸张的转
体动作（身体从侧卧位转到另一侧近仰卧呼吸位，即所谓Sweet-Spot，见图），来强调
和强化Whole Stroke Swim中的Body Rotation动作习惯，也让转体在自由泳中更顺畅平
滑自然。
作为Zipper Switch Drills的开始动作的Zipper Skate，和作为结束动作的Sweet-Spot
，共同点是一手前伸在水下，一手在后贴紧大腿侧面，而且都要求后面贴大腿的胳膊由

网上能找到的最早的轮滑鞋的雏形，大约在1850年代，金属板下面装上2个小轮子，再
绑到普通鞋子上（图7）。
现代样式的轮滑鞋，起源于1970年代末期。在明尼阿波利斯，原为冰球运动员的Olson
兄弟，在夏季，从冰球鞋上拆掉了冰刀，把4个轮子通过轮架固定在鞋底，成为Inline
Hockey；两年后，他们转手了他们的公司，新公司被命名为RollerBlade，延续至今仍
然是轮滑产品的最大生产商，并有很多媒体就把轮滑称为Roller Blading。
从轮滑的起源可见，这个运动跟滑冰运动有着紧密的联系；所以，所有的滑冰形式都能
在轮滑运动找到相应的形式。
（1）速度轮滑（inline speed skating）：跟速度滑冰有着很多的共同点。技术上，
室内速度轮滑更接近短道速滑，室外速度轮滑更接近大道速滑。而且，室外的速度轮滑
不受水冰的限制，直接在有柏油路的地方就可以滑，在北美已经发展成熟了5个著名的
轮滑马拉松（42K）赛事和2个超级马拉松（100K、140K）赛事。

发帖数: 843 | 9 我老人家最近注意到本版几乎是买卖提上最没人气的版了，本人几个月前的帖子还在首
页上。现提议可否将本版更名为SKATING，中文名称还请大家贡献。
提议更名的原因如下：
（1）在北美虽然冰球很流行，但多数国内来的，原来有滑冰基础的就不多，更别说冰
球了，所以大家的参与性不强；况且国内初学者多为花刀或速滑刀（本人就是20多年前
在北京开始练的速滑），与北美不同，上来就练球刀的很少。
（2）本版的一些老ID多为冰球的热心观众，但象Baylor等同学一样的真正能打冰球、
又能写出比较专业的科普文章的很少。
（3）SKATING一词的涵盖更广，包括ice（水冰）、inline（直排轮滑）、quad（双排
旱冰）三大项,有些时候甚至包含了skate board（滑板）。ice skating已经是奥运项
目，包括冰球、花样滑冰、冰舞、短道速滑和大道速滑，其项目设置占到冬奥会的2/3
以上。国际奥委会目前正在考虑在4年后的伦敦夏季奥运会，增设inline skating为正
式项目。本版更名为skating会吸引大量ID，尤其inline在年轻人群的普及率很高。

发帖数: 1395 | 12 大家都知道水冰的冰鞋分速度刀、花样刀、冰球刀，但实际上还有一种冰刀
——nordic skates，也叫touring skates。这种冰刀很少见，专门服务于
nordic skater。这项运动和cross country skiing有着密不可分的关系。
当他们在滑行到冰面时把ski换下来把nordic skates换上，以便在冰面上滑
行。
比起花样刀和冰球刀，nodric skates更接近速度刀。它的刀比花样刀和冰
球刀都要长，而且它的刀很薄，大约1mm，没有中间的凹槽。这样就决定了
它的滑行速度很快，一般是花样和冰球刀的2倍。再有它的设计也使得它更
容易对付自然冰面上的突起和不平，没有凹槽更不容易使得刀欠在冰里，没
有花样刀前面的picks更不容易扎到冰里（提醒一句，花样刀在自然冰面上，
特别是没有维护的冰面上一大危险就是这个picks）。但是和速度刀比起来
nordic skates又有一些不同，比如它的boots对脚踝的支撑更好，而不象速
度刀几乎脚踝完全裸露。还有它的boots比较保暖。它的刀可以随时拆卸，
以便与ski更换。它的刀架是塑料的，刀欠在里面，截面是T字 |

我个人的感觉hockey skates转弯和急停最容易。因为hockey skating里急转弯
的动作用figure skats做，如果动作稍微有点偏差就很别扭。当然figure skating
里有自己图特的转弯动作。
个人感觉还是不要用figure skats入门的好，因为速度滑的动作和其他的有很大
差别，其他滑法的动作用到速度滑里就是错误的，所以一旦形成很难改。
hockey skates有一个好处，技术稍微差一点也无所谓，但是如果用figure skates
技术还不熟练时，速度过快的话很危险。 |

and won't hurt at all as skating when you fall.
I now use knee braces when skiing but no protection at all when skating on
hockey or speed skates. But again if you are doing figure and jump/spin
stuff you need to be protected. We do not recover as fast as kids anymore,
haha...

排4轮）或 Inline Skates (单排3或4轮）。Lynwwood 有个 ice skating center，也
在这个LBS附近。

需要很多的旋转、跳跃。
hockey 鞋的后跟要比figure稍矮，冰刀也更短，两头都是圆弧，没有picks，
所以做动作更灵活，所以hockey的鞋也更容易上手。power skating强调的
是灵活快速和爆发力。如果以前学过figure skating，现在转hockey应该
不是很困难的事。 |

样的教程教的.
就我知道的US Figure Skating来说吧, Loop 是 Free Skate 4 的项目, 之前必须会
Waltz, 也应该会Half Flip, Toe Loop, Salchow 等比较简单的跳. 学Free Skate要先
过8个Basic Skills level. 只是业余爱好的话,每个level应该学一个月左右吧.
俺现在正在学习loop,Waltz-Loop sequence. 太忙了,一星期这能练一两个小时. 进展
比较慢.. |

skating,现在在冰面上比较confident，基本上前后交叉步，左右脚都没什么问题，当
然可能mileage不够，别人能看出不是打小练出来的。夏天想继续inline skating，去
年试过一两次，总也不得要领，尤其是总觉得溜的时候用的是内刃，不敢象ice-
skating那样能站在一只脚上，用用外刃什么的。请教各位，有什么方法提高吗？ |

发帖数: 1395 | 21 是这样，你是用figure skates吧？figure skates有后跟，所以穿上后往
冰上一站自然就会略前倾，而且很自然的会直腰挺胸这样才能稳。而hockey
skates和inline skates鞋底要相对平一点，这样往冰面一站会更接近普通
的鞋一样的站姿，需要自己主动的调整姿势，也就是屈膝、直腰、略前倾。
对于这两种冰鞋来说正确的动作还需要稍微松一点鞋带，特别是inline，
因为inline最上面除了鞋带还有buckle。

选择冰鞋其实是有用途决定的，因为是不同的行当所以是有差距的，hockey
skates和figure skates基本技术接近，到中高级就开始分化。速滑，无论是
short track还是long track都是另外一个行当，从一开始就差距极大。
针对你的情况还是hockey skates合适，hockey skates的好处是灵活，容易
控制，无论是急停和急转都是其它冰鞋不可比拟的，因为它就是为灵活而设
计的。参考我前面的文章就足以指导冰鞋选购了。

I'm a ski guy now but I had similar expereince as yours in Beijing 20+ years
ago minus the formal trianing though, 自己磨刀,打群架,拍婆子,画地为牢, 颐
和园,北海,什刹海,北大,清华. You name it we have done it, oh the good old
days...
I enjoyed speed skating before and hockey after getting to US. I have both
hokey and speed skates here. At Ski Section I posted quite a few times
about skates, speed skating, etc. and then just came here recommended by a
hockey player.

今天继续Zipper Skate/Zipper Switch。仔细体会recovery arm在放慢的移动过程中身
体的平衡和下沉的情况。
1、书里面提到对于sinker，可以不用把手移动到儿旁，而是移动到肩膀旁。这样的确
可以改善下沉状况。而leading arm下沉倒对身体的整体下沉没有改善。
2、我的身体下沉应该是整体都下沉了。 以至于气呼尽后口鼻还未露出水面，导致有点
panic，我的对治方法是呼出半口气就转体，给身体上浮留出时间。
3、全程收下颌还是没做到
4、做Zipper Switch比Zipper Skate下沉情况要好些。不知道为什么
5、这几天三角肌发酸，以前从来没有过，不知道是不是放慢recovery的后果
6、这些练习还是有效的，在未感觉用力程度增加的情况下，最近的划水效率和速度都
有提高。我觉得最近在姿势上的改变有两点，第一是侧身幅度大了；第二是手入水点更
靠近头部（Zipper Skate/Zipper Switch刻意夸张强调recovery arm移动至耳边入水对

Japan.
Shen/Zhao won the gold medal for pairs skating and another Chinese couple
was the runner up.
Zhao proposed to Shen on the ice. They have skated together for 15 years and
this is their last comp. How sweet it is. :)

我建议楼主把这个上传的标题改为：Dirty Tricks By South Korean Skaters...
speed skating和短道short track确实是有区别的。。。

的知识。
1、轮滑和旱冰的区别
总有ID把轮滑和旱冰搞混了；其实美国当地人里，不玩儿这两样的也是经常搞混。
轮滑（inline skating, roller blading），是3-5个轮子在鞋底下纵向单线排列的，
图1、2、3。有100多年的历史了；但真正大规模在美国的风靡，是在1970年代以后。
旱冰（roller skating, quad skating），是4个轮子在鞋底下呈四方形排列的，图4、
5、6。最早的旱冰鞋可以追溯到1800年代，有大约200年的历史；因为四方形的轮子排
列很稳定，比轮滑容易上手；但受到4个轮子四方形排列的限制，其速度和灵活性均不
如专业的轮滑鞋，现在玩儿旱冰的人越来越少了。 |

a couple of things i noticed:
those 110 wheels look way too big for him. i think they actually prevents
him from skating well, because his center of gravity is so much higher (
relative to his height). 80 or 84 would be enough.
one thing you might want to emphasize is skating as long as possible on one
foot. right now he looks pretty comfortable skating with both feet on the
ground and going fast, but that's not the right form. |

hockey skates, well... pretty ugly actually. it's just that those
basic jumps are of level II skating lesson (compared to level I:
balance, posture, basic skating and edge control). so i supposed
he knew some of the basics of toe picks. and i's just buttering
him up:) |

发帖数: 1395 | 47 减速是另一项技术，inline的减速一般多用brake pad和t-stop两种方式。
很多inline skates后面有一个brake pad，可以安装在任何一只脚后跟处。
要减速甚至刹车的时候就把那只脚往前伸，用脚后跟的pad磨地面。整个
身体要往下降，两腿都要相应用力，滑行腿调整好方向，刹车腿要用力往
下压，动作要非常demanding，这样才能慢下来，而且还不会失去控制。
一个简便的方法是相同动作，但是双手户口朝下压刹车腿的膝盖，这样能
帮着腿用力，能很快的把速度降下来。
但是用brake pad的一个缺点就是有的inline skates上没有这个pad，比如
inline hockey skates，还有速度轮滑的鞋上都没有。而且有的人喜欢把
这个brake pad拆了，因为在做crossover的时候这个多出来的东西会把自
己绊倒。如果没有brake pad那就要用另一种减速的方式了——t-stop。

发帖数: 1395 | 48 其实ice skating要比inline难一些，ice skating要求对于edge的运用非常准确，
而inline因为是轮子所以所谓的edge其实是一小块一小块的接触面，而不是一条
线。这里你先要练的是轮子垂直着地，不要用内刃或是外刃，就是轮子中间着地，
单脚滑行时间越长越好，直到最后没有速度不得不再蹬地换教滑行。
如果要练外刃那和ice skating是一样的，也是单脚转圈滑，内侧脚外刃单脚着地
滑行时间尽量长，这里需要一定速度，不然外刃呆不住的。熟悉了外刃以后就是
crossover，这样可以练双脚的内外刃交替蹬地，这比单纯的滑行又上了一点难度。
滑多了以后你可以注意一下自己的轮子，应该是整个轮子内外中都要均匀磨损，
而不应该有明显的内刃磨损多于外刃磨损的情况。还有左右脚也应该没有明显的
区别。 |

我以前的inline skates给扔了，现在没买新的，不然我可以给你录一段
录像（不敢说是什么教学录像，但是相信足够说明技术要领:P）。 |

发帖数: 174 | 50 雪上,冰上，摔一下，顺势哧溜出去，都没什么，水泥地上估计就不灵了。可能这也是
我觉得inline特别难的原因之一。加上，我的figure-skating instructor特别好，从
扶着墙走baby step到后来的左右脚前后crossover，两个冬天加一块儿，一共可能也就
摔了2、3跤。真正awkward 摔出去的可能就一次。也许我太保守，我的instructor总说
摔得越多学得才快。
还有，可能我的inline skates超出了我的能力太多，轮子是78A,bearing是7,稍微一点
小动作就哧溜出去好远。现在平衡还没找到感觉，coasting的时候两只脚也没法一前一
后保持一条直线，两脚之间至少有两拳的距离，看来figure skating没法直接transfer
到inline,还是要找个class... |
