这位共和党议员的Tax Proposal才是有利于穷人和富人，却加重中产阶级的负担。
极右党只注意了17%税率，以为低收入的也是17%， 却没注意下面那些exemption.
这个提议的exemption 比目前提供的很多。一个四口之家，这些减免按照这个提案可以
达到$41000,也就是收入的四万一不用交税。而极右党整天嘲讽的47%低收入穷人大部分

Makers of upcoming Chrome OS say it will be out for 2010 holiday season but initially on certain netbooks
New Google Inc. software will start up a computer as fast as a television can
be turned on, the search company said Thursday as it showed off its Chrome
operating system designed for PCs that do their work on the Web.
