Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

事情是这样的，圣诞前某个早上，我们这里大雾，能见度很低，大约20~30米左右。
我在一个路口左转，路口有stop sign。因为有雾，我已经很小心的，等路上看不见
车辆了才开始转弯。但是快到路中间的时候，一辆suv从雾里面蹿出来。因为对方没
有开任何车灯，而且速度很快，所以等我看到的时候已经晚了。结果是对方车头撞
到了我车中间偏后门一点。
事故发生后，警察救护车都来了。事故双方（我方两人，对方五六人）都被马上送
到医院。警察当时也没有问我问题，只是要了我的车辆和保险信息。事故之后，警
察也再没联系过我。但是今天我去警察局，拿到一张绿色的纸，上面写明是我的责
任：contributed to collision (Yes)。我就觉得非常的不公平，因为在我看来事
故应该是对方的责任才对。我查询了我们周的traffic law，有两条相关条款我认为
对方违反了

据英国路透社12月3日报道，美国执法机构正准备以歧视性贷款定价为由控告本田汽车
美国金融分支机构——本田美国金融公司，该公司可能因此遭到罚款。
据美国证券交易委员会与本田美国金融公司共同发布的文件显示，由于该金融公司
涉嫌向部分借贷者收取更高的利率，形成了贷款价格歧视，美国司法部及消费者金融保
护局已经批准对该公司提起执法诉讼。
除了要求本田美国金融公司修改相关定价政策及行为外，美国执法机构还将对该公
司进行罚款或向其索要消费者救济(consumer relief)。但如果该公司愿意与之达成和
解协议，美国执法机构将推迟执行该诉讼。该公司则在文件中表示，正积极配合执法机
构以寻求双方都同意的解决方案。
