, gave it several tries, just cannot like it. Their Kung Pao Chicken is ok.
Love the Kung Pao Chicken (you need to order the authentic style), Fu Qi Fei
Pian from Woburn Sichuan Garden. But gotta say, their kung pao chicken is
not as good as before. |

fuqi feipian is better than Lao sichuan and sichuan fanzhuang
And in my opinion, generally, mulan is better than 99 taibei.

总体感觉：
- 地方小，只能坐20来个人，人多要到门外等待。
- 味道还可以，有的中规中矩，有的还欠火候，没有惊艳，住在附近的可以去吃吃，太
远的还不必专门去。
- 刚开始做餐馆，还需要经验。管理比较混乱，主要是同时要做堂食，外卖，外送，居
然还要接网路订单。6-8点高峰期时很乱，厨房跟不上，堂食服务和出菜速度慢，有待
提高。
- 英文名字叫Sichuan Gourmet House，很老四川就差一house，会有老美会弄混。
现在来说菜，我们6个人，点了2凉4热1汤，7碗米饭，连税一共98。菜的分量算中等。
（介于四川饭庄和老四川之间）
以下打分按10分制，而且只跟北美川菜比较。
凉菜
夫妻肺片：辣油辣而不够香，醋味重了一点，6分。
孟姐兔丁：猜得出老板娘姓孟，自己的风味，有加豆豉，味道不错可以到7分。不过不
知道是不是我们去得晚，大块点的兔丁都用完了，要不就是切得够小块，反正我们那盘

here and were still staying in hotel. We tried Tea House St. Paul, Tea House
Univerisity, and Little Sichuan.
For almost a week, I routinely went to Tea House St. Paul for lunch or
dinner. Tea House St. Paul has good food, reasonable price, and good
internal decorations. You can have their nice noodle soup as your daily
lunch. The only bad thing about Tea House St. Paul is location. Hard to find.

here:
They charge 10 bucks an hour. A Sichuan ah-yi & A shanghai ah-yi.
The sichuan ah-yi is currently helping me. she was a doctor, but she is a
bit "cu xin", overlooked some details that i wrote for the dinner quite a
few times... But nothing major. she cooks okay, with less oil and salt, so
it's healthier.
The shanghai ah-yi cooks better, but consumes a LOT of oil..

本人重庆出生， 93年去成都读大学，2000年master毕业，在成都拿护照，上面的出生
地记为sichuan,不是我填错表，我一高中兼大学同学，他的
护照上出生地也记为sichuan，
现在护照更新,要换发。填表时出生地是填四川还是重庆，申请绿卡，移民局要出生公
证时会不会有麻烦? 同年龄段的重庆XDJM,有类似情况么？ |

中餐：Grand Sichuan,和Sichuan Gourmet就不多说了，还没吃到过不好吃的菜，觉得56街朵
颐比39街的好吃，外卖还送好多橙子
日：
Yakitori Totto：吃烤串，味道偏咸，人那个多啊，小贵, 性价比不如下面两家
Aburiya Kinnosuke：也是各式小点，非常好吃，tempura很赞，有个cod fish真是mouth
watering，还不用等位子！
Sake Bar Hagi：这家地处touristy center，人暴多，等得久了自然什么都觉得好吃，印象最
深的是烤鱼嘴，烤串也不错，还不贵
Totto Ramen：吃过的最喜欢的一家拉面馆，汤的浓度香度正好，Ipuddo，Minca太闲，
Setagaya等太淡，Jersey City的面太不筋斗（我是拉面控）
Mei Kui Tei：这家店拉面用料很不新鲜，因为离MOMA近我竟然去了两次，非常好找，门口有一大
滩污水的就他了

4大四川
地点：33街，LEXINGTON大道。叫GRAND SICHUAN的饭馆真多。
店面：干净宽敞
菜色：没有用豆瓣酱，大葱用青椒做颜色，用洋葱做味道，典型美式中餐。

It's right next door to gold's gym, it's called "Red Corner" - Noodle and rice restaurant. the menu looks more like Cantonese style.
I'm very disappointed at the Chinese restaurants here in Seattle. Haven't found a really good Sichuan yet. Even the cantonese restaurant is not so good. Used to live in LA and the foods are so much better. |
