builder大概两年前30多万买的这个lot，今年5月份房子还没有ready
for occupancy就上市了, 最早标价1.1m。最近降了好几次价，已经降到
我们能接受的范围。
这个房子我们其实在它刚上市就看过，当时就知道这房子标价肯定高了，
而且这么贵的房子，我们看得时候因为chimeny漏水，主卧的墙上盖了一
大块塑料，我们一个月又去看了一下结果还没有修好，房子的结构也不是
很合理，又紧挨一个银行的parking lot, 所以当时决定pass。最近因为没有什么
好房，而且因为他降价，LD又对这个房子感了兴趣, 就有看了一次，觉得
这个房子的缺点还可以忍受，毕竟是刚建成半年的新房。 看了一下seller的

on a stucco cladding wall. Or a crack due to uneven wall footing settlement.
Both of them are non structural if the wall is not load bearing.However,
due to the lack of information,I could not make the final judgment. |

，是要看裂缝的宽度，if possible, 裂缝的深度，和裂缝出现的时间及生长速度。
要如何修，你要知道裂缝的原因和板子下面的情况，及裂缝的生长速度，是否有水上来
。epoxy filling等做法是治标不治本，要么就换板子，要么就不修。
你还是上个照片吧。
“都说只要是水泥做的玩意，迟早是要裂的，但是这个是不是裂的早点?”这个是低质
量施工公司骗人的，即使是dry shrinkage cracks，4年才开裂，那也是裂的太晚了，而不是早了。

加上融雪剂的chemical attack， 情况更糟。
亲身经历的I-5马上进西雅图市区那段，路况糟糕。
混凝土自身的体积变化也会导致bridge deck受损
比较严重的是drying shrinkage cracking，
多年的研究了，似乎依然没有特别有效的办法防止，
另一个，可以要考虑是否有ASR, 中文应该是碱集料反应？
对各种混凝土结构破坏性很大，
不过这个各州dot应该心里比较有数，
自己使用的骨料是否可能有ASR,
fly ash可以有效降低这种破坏，各种相关研究也很多。
Kansas DOT的网站可以搜一搜，有几个关于Bridge deck的报告，
有非常详细的关于bridge deck问题的综述。
另外，TxDOT， VaDOT, WaDOT也有相关报告。 |
