这两个地方都在北jersey, 建议周末去. 有足够的时间且不会堵车. 两个都是吃Tapas
的地方, 当然也有正餐可以点. 不过很多时候我觉得tapas比正餐要好吃, 要更有特点.
Tapas de Espana 和Pintxo y Tapas都需要街趴. 最好准备好零钱投币. 倆家都供应免
费汤和面包. 这个好像是西班牙餐的特点, 几乎每家都这样. 当然也少不了点sangria
, 两家的都还不错. 下面的价格都有是很久没有更新的了, 真实价格每个要贵个$2-4不
等.

sigh,找几个去我的cruise 的人怎末这末难亚。报告一下，我现在trip里有两个女生和
一个男生肯定参加。男生还在找人可以跟他share cabin, 要不就要一个人付。总之还
是希望还有更多的人加入。：））
我来介绍一下这条船，是比较豪华型的。有两天晚上男生要穿燕尾服的.
不过老实讲我没打算买那种象婚纱的dress.Semi formal 是要的。那就可以了。有两天
在海上。其他每天去一个地方。
在船上的两天，有不少是可以做！
船上有spa,swimming pool,cabanas,great food anytime(maybe someone may feel

king of prussia里面有家california pizza，不错，里面目前为止俺点过的所有的菜
味道都不错，服务也很好，价格也不贵，跟apple bee, friday's, chilli's这些差不

cheesecake factory人太多，每次等时间太久，morton's又基本上就牛排，这家还真不

Dasonii是韩国菜，价位适中，他家的石锅拌饭（Bibimbap)和海鲜豆腐煲味道不错。
Bahama Breeze的Linguine挺好吃的，有shrimp或shrimp+lobster的口味。他家的
appetizer有几样也不错。 |

in 1 pound there are quite a lot dead shrimps.
also i don't like the way they cook it by just simply dump the shrimp into hot water and dip in hot source isn't called cooking. |

昨天又给Costco贡献了将近300刀。买了上次4sd介绍的小龙虾肉。初步决定一半用老干
妈辣酱烧，一半和Shrimp Scampi一起烧 （那个shrimp scampi的黄油每次都多得不得
了，这样可以多利用一下）：） |

先去了The Fishery & Market （http://www.opentable.com/the-fishery）, 结果因为彩蛋节，关门，然后就近去了Pacific Beach Fish Shop. 点了6个tacos（jumbo shrimp, swordfish, mahi, scallop,salmon），一个shrimp cocktails,6个 Oysters 。外加一份Fish N chips。俩大人，俩小孩，加tips总共90. 吃的不错。
10月份再去SD的时候，要试试The Fishery 和Sushi Ota,看起来都是高大上的饭店。这
次SD三天，吃了两天小肥羊。一天海鲜tacos,不过瘾。
墨西哥海鲜多，估计是和我们国人一样什么都敢吃吧，呵呵。 |

以前也在岸边钓过，做多上过5条croacker，上过shark和很多ray。
岸边钓的一个诀窍， 最好用活的gost shrimp， 一般20min必上鱼， 或者换饵。当然
了，gost shrimp又要设备或者去买了，10刀一小桶好像
也可以去钓perch， surf fish，需要另外的特别鱼饵，不过太低级趣味，鱼也小，赞
不表。 |

发帖数: 4457 | 19 扯远了， 接着说Lemon leaf。 第一次去觉得环境很好。 很现代的感觉，里面放的一
些小摆设很有意思， 比如用石头做的打击乐器。 餐馆也很干净， 完全没有餐馆的那
股味道。 WAITER说话都轻声细语的， 给人感觉很好。 可以说在中餐馆中除了OASIA的
环境可以跟Lemon leaf比外， 其它的都没法比。
到现在， 我们吃过3样菜， 都不错。 一个是CLAY POT PORK， 鉴于我们对MAUI的CLAY
POT SHRIMP念念不忘，我们就点了这个。 拿上来发现其实 就是中国的红烧肉。 肉烧
的很烂，有点甜，不腻， 汤也很好吃，经过处理了完全没有油腻。 不过这味道还是不
如那个MAUI的CLAY POT SHRIMP好吃， 菜份不是很大， 就一个大号的杯子那么大。
我们还点过一个他们的SPECIALTY， 是个鱼汤，其实可以当主菜。 一大碗的汤酸酸甜
甜的， 有点象泰国菜的TONGYUM SOUP， 不过不辣。 里面放了各种鱼，鲜贝，墨鱼之
类的。 比起CLAY POT PORK，我更喜欢这个。

样，你都分不清哪种是哪种。哪儿比的上在国内吃的河鱼，只要清蒸3分钟，然后撒上
葱丝，再薄薄的浇上一层热油，鲜的原汁原味！
继续Pappas哈。它家让我映像深的只有两样东西，做appetizer的生蚝：这个基本上是
进餐馆的人人点一份；还有就是5刀的cheese cake: 整整3大块啊！我们当时就开玩笑
，早知道dessert那么大份，点个cheese cake就足够了。

诱人的，所以今晚纠集一帮朋友一起290上的那家。他们专门为这个$15的seafood
feast做了一个额外的菜单，很清楚。除了7种主菜外，其它每道有两种。
汤里面New England Clam Chowder 比 Seafood Gumbo好
沙拉里面Garden比Caesar好
主菜我们点的中间比较好的是 Garlic-Herb Shrimp and Chicken 和
Grilled Honey-BBQ Shrimp Skewers。那个Pasta不好吃。
甜点里面Triple-Chocolate Brownie比Apple Crostada好。
总体上，我对性价比和服务比较满意。
最近讨论餐馆服务和小费，所以今天比较留意服务的细节。服务生Michael，年轻。
点菜的时候比较耐心。因为有个朋友刚到美国，不熟，所以闷头不答话，我稍稍解释

这一类第一家要推荐的是Mr. B’s Bistro.
(201 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130).位于French Quarter 以内，Canal
Street 和Royal street 交界处的第二个Block，很容易找到。
推荐理由：BBQ shrimp. 每个人到这里都会点这道菜，因为它是Mr.B所出的烹调书的封
面菜。中午饭这道菜是$21.00, 绝对可以吃饱。而且味道很惊艳。很多老美同事每次来
吃都会多要一份面包，把汤汁都沾完吃。如果两人来吃，我还推荐一道pasta
jambalaya $16.50. Pasta 是加入菠菜制成的绿色Pasta，而且jambalaya的肉和汤汁一
点都不咸，反而美味适口。我对于Creole cuisine 最大的不满就是太咸，反而这家餐

发帖数: 34 | 33 周五去了趟朋友推荐的中餐buffet，靠近Glen Burnie，听说有龙虾，就特意带着全家
去了。
第一感觉，装修得很不错，挺花心思的，不像其他中餐buffet那么俗。
这家餐馆很干净，桌椅看上去都挺高档的。
有整整一排的海鲜，龙虾，蟹腿，还有一种，看上去像rock crab，做成姜葱味，几种
蚌壳类的，steam shrimp，个头比其他buffet的都大，加一点old bay season，很嫩。
其他的东西没仔细看，饺子不错，有点咸，很像国内肉包子的味道。Sushi做得很精致
，比其他中餐buffet里的都好。Shrimp有很多种，5种以上，味道都不错。
爱吃海鲜的一定要去看看，晚餐价格 $10.95,饮料另算，$1.25

thousands of lures, you have to use right size/color/presentation.
shrimp is bait, not live bait. so its small caught your first cat.
When I say presentation, I mean you have swim the lure in water, otherwise
still lure without smell won't attract any.
Gulp? artificial plastic? I was talking about live nightcrawler from Walmar,
they have them in a fridge in fish dept. usually several bucks for one box,

先说明一点，我钓鱼喜欢尝试不同的钓法，钓不同的鱼。基本上我只对没钓过的鱼和没尝试过的钓法感兴趣，不刻意追求大小。刚开始海钓时，决定把New England所有能钓的鱼都钓个遍。除了tuna，此目的早就实现了。从北向南，钓过ME, NH, MA, RI四州. NY的长岛也钓过几次，包括去年的Montauk之行。后来，就逐渐开始计划游钓东海岸。但考虑到时间有限和我感兴趣的没钓过的鱼在Florida都能找到，决定游钓Florida。经过钓鱼迷的指点，最终锁定在南FL，并由他提供全面支持。
FL是钓鱼的天堂。烧钱而且最简单的玩法，就是花钱找个guide, 包个船，直接把你带到你喜欢的big game fish前，然后你只管fight, 最后拍张抱着大鱼的照片，回去show off, 比大小。基本上，你交钱就能买到你的目的和照片，但也失去了研究和寻找的乐趣。另外的玩法就是我比较喜欢的一点点的玩不同的鱼，体会不同的钓法。这才是我所enjoy的fishing。虽然我的dream之一是fly fishing tarpon, 但最终还是决定先... 阅读全帖 |

另外钓PORGY这种体型的鱼，需要20磅的线吗？
1/0号钩子是多大，我对钩子的编号认识模糊。怎么一会儿感觉
数字越小钩越大，一会儿又觉得不都是这样。
还有该用什么类型的Rig呢？
3.因为那片都是乱石区（找不到麻领导那样沙滩底钓Porgy的好地方啊），铅坠肯定要
损失一些，估计每人至少要准备5个2～4oz的铅坠（太轻不容易holding住底），另外最
好提前绑个4。5副Rig，钩子用1#或者1/0的就行。因为是岸钓，要尽量丢的远才行，所
以杆子最好是8foot以上能扔2oz铅坠的杆子，线最好用20lbs以上的，如果有sand
spike，最好也带上，省的回头挂鱼食的时候reel进沙子或者磕到碰到。
4.因为钓Porgy，个人经验Bait用shrimp或者squid就很好用了，没必要买sandworm了，
又贵又不好用。为了大家方便，等周末前统计好人数，我可以把大家用的squid一起准
备出来，可能要麻烦Docker老兄去阿东超市买些shrimp，到时候大家一起share bait的
费用就好了，估计每人不会超过2。3块钱 |

我这里的sheepshead最有效的饵是fiddler crab,其次是live shrimp，再次是fresh
dead shrimp. 不够fresh的虾基本不咬，更别提假的了。真是一方水养一方鱼啊。 |

发帖数: 419 | 40 pleco 是比较好养的鱼之一了，要是先挂了，估计不是原先买来就受了伤，就是 野生
的minnow 有寄生虫传染。
另外 pleco 不太适合小缸养，这玩意能长挺大的。
吃水藻，可以搞几只cory cats, ghost shrimp,或是cherry shrimp. 都是很好玩的小
东西，而且很便宜。个人不太喜欢snails，代谢太快，很容易污染。
10 g 的缸，鱼的密度不能太大，1 inch/ g， 小鱼的话 10－12条吧， |

1. We went to a local Chinese blue berry farm. U-pick is $1.5/lb. There are
a lot of blue berries on the ground. Since the labor is so expense here,
nobody picks them. Blue berries grow on a small bush.
2. We went to a local Chinese chicken farm. There are a lot of hens. The egg
is $1.5/box.
3. We also went to a local market to buy some shrimps. It is $3.75/lb. The
shrimps are very tasty. |

浪头抡竿，心里很怀疑他们能否钓上来鱼。上个周末X兄说去钓鱼，我就问能否同去，
于是同去。。。
同行四人，由老手W君带领，先至某bay挖鱼饵。我事先没打草稿不知道他们要挖什么，
没想到他们拿了个农村取水用的唧筒一样的东西往沙地上不停抽放。放出来的泥沙中偶
见红白色或惊慌四散或倒地装死的小东西——原来这叫ghost shrimp或sand shrimp。W
君说这是最好的鱼饵，老少大小鱼皆宜，不过只生长在比较脏的地方，所以能挖这玩意
儿的地方钓的鱼不能吃。
不时我们就挖了四大瓶，上车，开去我们钓鱼的海滩。到了才发现海滩上人真多，还好
天色有点阴，太阳不太毒，不过还是风大浪也大。我们都是凉鞋短裤，穿好鱼饵，站在
水里就开始抡。不一会儿他们就连连上鱼，打破了我风浪大浅滩上不能钓鱼的怀疑。而
我到底技术差些，加上好久没钓了，穿线连连失误，鱼饵都没甩过第一个浪头，所以很
久没开和。说老实话站在水里浪头打过来有的时候人几乎都站不住，我还是有点害怕被

expereiences. Bridges are very good as well when using lures. There are very
small windows that you can use bait below bridges when the direction of
current changes.
I found that squid is a better bait then shrimp since it allows you to cast
a lot further when you need.
Flounder, red drum and trouts are very popular (from shore) in NC and can be
