我平时穿 luna sandals (minimal footwear)跑步或者赤脚跑步。爬grand teton的时候穿la sportiva approach shoes 上下，背30磅。爬Mt. Meeker（via dreamweaver route)也是穿approach shoes, 背 28磅。
穿approach shoes的潜在问题有2个：
1）雪灌进去，鞋袜皆湿透
－天不冷的话不是问题，带一、俩双备用的袜子，或者用vapor barrier socks; 天冷的话脚冻坏了能要死要活的，还是穿waterproof boots 保险。
2)approach shoes or trail running shoes 鞋底刚性不够
－如果用绑式冰爪，爬WI3／AI3以上的难度可能比较困难。

Can I find them in Babiesrus? Or some other store? Also they need water

were wearing one of those with excessive heel cushioning, aren't you? If so,
I'd say that you were not hurt with
the Nike shoes YET. Never rely solely on the cushioning to protect you.
Stability shoes generally already have
too much cushion. If it hurts you just shortly after you put them on,

about the tennis shoes. As long as it IS a pair of branded tennis shoes, like

My first first pair of practice shoes are Betty. Fit my feet well and very c
omfortable. After three years of heavy use, I got another pair.
I also recently got two pairs of Betty latin shoes. The quality is definitel
y way better than Capezio, comparable to my Rayrose, and fit my feet better
than Freed of London.

really good stability shoe.

There are a ton of options, but what stood out to me were the Allen Edmonds.
These are QUALITY shoes and a STEAL at 30% off. Lots of styles and sizes.
If this will be your first pair of Allen Edmonds, they mostly fit true to
size. I would suggest the Fifth Aves or Park Aves as those are the two
classics. If you want something more stylish, get the Strand or McAllister

说白了，就是旅游鞋，但是外侧前面比一般的旅游鞋宽，防止脚侧滑的时候
伤到脚踝用的。而且非常有用，一般的旅游鞋不成。

essential if you walk a lot like me. Every major brand has shoes for
different price range. I use Adidas Tour 360 and Footjoy Dryjoy shoe.
Footjoy Contour is a little cheaper but still good. Don't buy the cheapest
one. I rather buy the last year's top model. Usually you can buy them in the
off season for 1/3 to 1/4 of retail price when they are on sale. |
