A series of five large blasts on a fuel barge in Mobile, Alabama rocked the
area Wednesday night, with an evacuation zone set up around the shipyard.

的争夺战中，双方的军事平衡正在朝向有利于中国的方面发展。文章称，越南为此加快
了武装力量现代化进程，越南已部署了射程300公里足以打击解放军海军海南军事基地
的SS-N-26反舰巡航导弹。此外，越南对射程260公里的 SS-26伊斯坎德尔-E弹道导弹兴
趣浓厚。
越南人民军海军共有约4.2万兵力，其主要任务是保护越南的领海、领土以及海上
利益。越南人民军海军包括海军步兵（例如海军陆战队）——海军步兵组建于上世纪70
