Sheila很有意思，几乎是逐条反驳Terry。太较真了。
1、pre-catch/extension阶段，伸展不是侧身滑行（tip the body on its side），而
是伸展肩胛周围的肌肉主动送肩。身体在任何时候都不能松松垮垮，而是保持一定的
taut。送肩的程度以感觉10-20磅的拉力为宜，力量太小则无法利用肌肉回弹的力量抱
水，太大则感觉比较僵，不仅影响动作流畅，还会影响对水的阻力的敏感性。（我以前
对这个水下伸展感觉不太清晰，Terry的理论是身体越长，滑行阻力越小，现在注意到
Sheila的理论后，对伸展更为主动，感觉抱水阶段背部肌肉拉伸更为充分，划程更长了

是谁都能做的。但是如果拇指入水，天然地就达到了这个位置：二下三上。然后及时转
小臂到手心向下，只要肩周围肌肉够强，上臂就可以保持这个姿势。
再比如“利用背部斜方肌的力量把recovery侧的肩胛骨往脊柱方向挤过去”。斜方肌是
一大块平行四边形的肌肉，分上中下三束。她说的应该是中束和下束，肩胛骨横向被拉
近脊柱。除非训练有素，否则根本不可能感觉到是哪一部分起作用，到底怎么用力。经
常坐着工作用背比较少的人，中下束没有什么机会锻炼，上束反而因为头部和手的动作

我的总结：
第一，sheila文化水平低，讲道理讲不过terry（这是对念过几天书的人来说，但是对
文科生可能sheila说的还好理解一些）。
第二，竞技游泳要跟sheila学，长距离可以跟terry羊头下的竹内狗肉学。 |

。但是这种PR跟以前感觉不同差不多就是all out了，累。
用Sheila的办法来挤TI的水分是很有效的，等到了下一个平台再回到TI理念上来。我们
Terry->Sheila->Terry->Sheila-> 把减阻、驱动来回折腾没准儿自个儿能折腾出个道

是菜鸟学习自由泳转折点的，可能就是 side flutter kick（肩部垂直水面，
整个人身体都是侧面对着水面，flutter kick 前进以及保持平衡）。
我在想的是，side flutter kick 之所以对菜鸟难，可能是因为该气动形状的
“静不稳定”的特性（相对仰面打腿而言）。因为仰面打腿有个背部，就好比有个
翅膀。而 side flutter kick 的气动外形，人就好比是一根杆子。或者好比
扔一根没有枪头的标枪杆子，外加不许旋转稳定。。。
或者另一个比方，这个“静不稳定”，就好比学骑自行车。细节决定成败，
大概没有捷径，需要拚小时数。（当然，小时数也分 “开心玩耍寓教于乐小时数”
vs “苦逼 Kumon 刷题小时数”）。
另外这个也可能是 “TI 龟速游” 和 “Sheila 凶狠游”，在平衡技术上的最大
区别点。还是拿骑自行车做比方，“TI 龟速游” 追求的，好比是 “慢骑自行车”
时保持平衡。而“Sheila 凶狠游”，则是追求 “高速骑自行车横冲直撞” 时保持
