手杀了一个人
A，你杀的是黑人，然后由12个黑人陪审员来决定你是否有罪
B，你杀的是白人，然后由12个白人陪审员来决定你是否有罪
假定其他因素一模一样，不要跟我抬扛说不可能发生，假定嘛。
这两种情况下，你觉得哪种情况下你更有可能得到比较公正的审判？
也不要嘴硬，你不必回答，当你的性命交给别人处置的时候，你心里有答案。
请注意，说某个族群更容易只看肤色，不看事实，并不是说这个族群更劣等。我说的是
社会属性，文化属性，行为上的表现，我不是在说染色体，基因。我不歧视，也不是想

基于我对美国政治的了解，和我个人的生活经验，我显然选B。你如果也选B的话，你的
