by the gun a few times. Maybe that was just your average serve and maybe
your fastest serve is well above that, could be 130 mph. |

comment was that CC playing the other 2 while sleep walking)
-knee bend and forward movement significantly improved.
-dropping the racket head more thorough as well
both results in much more powerful serve. He was very steady with the 2nd
serve at the time already. all and all a very technically refined serve
motion. close to the NCAA level. From the sound, it don't sound like a pure
flat smack though, the speed could be even faster. |

But this is the first time I watched Isner's game.
His first serve is so powerful, it is hard for anybody to return.
Roger could not get any point from Isner's game when Isner served big.
That's why I said RF is lucky to win tie break.
RF said too it is hard to play Isner and he won tie break by luck at the
post game interview. |

但最后还是大比分输给我了，所以不能说他比我强好多才serve and volley，就是他的
打法而已
不过我还是觉得遇到比自己强的老serve and volley就是去送死，这老头大比分输给我
也是个证据啊
不比对方强或者没有发球大炮做支持为啥还要一根筋s & v呢？ |

如果往左边或中间抛的话, 就会转出左边线了. 如你录像中很多球就是.
FLAT SERVE 需要强的PRONATION, 加上屈膝, 就会有TOPSPIN. 否则就是FLAT. |

pronation involved since serves are from 7oclock to 1, 2, 3 oclock... if you
continue to pronate as essential tennis guy suggest, careful with golf
elbow. I recently fell into a victim of it because I start to serve harder
and I did more pronation unintentionally. I now made the correction, and I'm
able to serve hard even with GE not fully healed.

if some don't even know what pronation is... they just do it, stay relax and
focus on hitting up (or "throw") through the ball...
pronation, i feel if your serve is set, no huge issues, you can mixed in a
bit more pronation for flat serves. So it's more of icing on the cake. Often
WSN has other bigger problem with their serves.

这是我去年年底一次练发球一次双打比赛的发球的记录，都是slice serve 和kick
serve, 没有平击球. 平击应该更快一些。现在slice serve 又有一些长进，这块智能
拍是27寸的，现在改为plus了（速度应该快一点），所以就不用那拍子打球了。还有冬
天在室内开始打比赛多一些，不太敢追求速度了，双误多了搭档不高兴。

后又好了。有时仪表盘上的所有指示全部不指示，油量是0，发动机热度也是0。同事显
示档位的灯不亮，不知道是在D 档的向前开，还是R 档的向后开，总之怪吓人的。现在
“serve engine soon”的灯亮了。
自己想用 code scanner 把“serve engine soon”的灯消了，然后慢慢修。我有个问
题，消了灯之后能不能过车检，是不是做 inspection 的技师把 code scanner 一连，
还能看出来这个灯只是暂时消掉了，不让我通过？

my account was suspended. Called and was told all these 4 transactions would
be reversed. But... for 3 of them, the card had the $$$ back, for 1 card,
