另外这个切肉机自带的是serrated blade，要切的很薄需要练练，有一点点技巧。左手
控制厚薄的按钮要随时根据肉的情况调整，肉碰到刀片的一刻就决定了这片肉切的好不
好。
amazon有卖配套的non-serrated blade，non-serrated blade才是真正设计用来切很薄
片的，配610那真是切羊肉片的神器！强烈推荐！

也可以一把plain edge，一把full serration edge
有时会是multitool(plain edge+full serration edge)
最不喜欢的是combo edge(plain edge太短，serration edge在后面难派上用处) |

发帖数: 5133 | 12 Serration edge大都是粗切割，如绳索，布料等，放在刀刃前面就对了。Plain edge做
精细切割如削苹果在刀刃后面才有用。一把serration在后的combo edge刀苹果是很难
削的，呵呵。
你觉得Serration不好用大概是因为你总想用刀尖刀头部分直刃干活，其实只带一把刀
plain edge还是最合适的。

LANDYARD RING,拿到后发现还有trigger serration，grip前后serration，都是警用版
才有的好东东，更特别的是SLIDER前部还有serration，是任何一个标准型号都没有的
，属于CUSOMIZED，为此我还特地发EMAIL问了CZ USA,他们回答确实是警用版的，虽然
没有POLICE字样。多出的这些FEATURE我觉得都挺实用。 |

长草很久了已经， 终于在Christmas 买了这款班上推荐的 609 片肉机， 真心好用。
一开始还纠结是要买610 还是 609， 现在觉得609已经足够了， 省下的钱买了一个
non-serrated 的刀片， 随机器送的刀片是 serrated.

肉是冻了之后再切最好，如果没冻 软的很不好切.

发帖数: 154 | 22 楼主眼光不错，我推荐cold steel Trailmaster 作为生存刀，因为生存刀就是户外能
够砍柴，需要刀刃长，能够劈开木头并切成小块，烧火。1095 没问题锋利且韧性好不
蹦瓷，可是必须有涂层保护，这样几次砍削就会磨掉涂层，然后生锈。所以还是不锈钢
好,不过户外不需讲究这个。太硬的钢易断，如D2,154cm. 且不易磨。 tool steel如D2
，154cm, s30v,vg10,ats-34，不锈且硬比较贵,都适合小刀。s30v我认为最好，其次
154cm和ats-34,然后vg10便宜。
不过除了生存刀之外，户外实用刀我推荐spyderco pacific salt,是H1永不生锈刚，可
以在海水里泡，折刀柄无钢内衬比较轻便，刀刃长，可以切菜，我推荐全serrated,轻
中度使用足够了，切割能力太强，切断绳索，切肉决不滑刀（饭店切牛排必用serrated)
EDC 选spyderco dragonfly vg10或H1.手柄防滑，手指把握完全符合曲线，拿在手里爱
不释手，放在口袋毫无感觉。如果嫌小，换大一号的spyderco,总之折刀spyderco没错

the low slide aside, i feel the dense and narrow serration pattern on 75/p01
/pcr affords too little traction.
the wide serrations on glock/rami/ppq and such are much easier to grab with
an oily/sweaty/bloody (god/marx/mao forbid) hand.

不同的是，一个带有 front serration, slide上没有police字样。
一个没有 front serration 但slide有police字样。
相对比较，有police字样的做工更精，切割的比较好些。
另外，此版本是我发现的目前为止唯一slide不弯的full size的版本， 咋整~~
所以，推荐上这个版本。。。~~ |
