如果确定要keep，钓到后拿大石头砸头超度之，这样好取钩。再在喉上加一刀确保放血
顺利。
图一，从尾鳍下手，用serrated knife向上把那一条皮割下来。
图二，先用刀沿着皮把肉和皮分开，再象匪鱼一样把背上两条里脊肉匪下来，注意匪到
肋骨的时候刀
沿着肋骨走，这样就不会把肋骨切断。肉取下来之后让它先装在皮里面这样干净一些，
要装袋的时候
再拿出来。
图三，里脊肉装袋，剩下的回到水里做养料。
匪完之后刀完全钝了，得再磨，不过这不是问题。

补充，在处理过程中，抓gar的那只手最好戴一只手套，防滑，防被gar皮割伤，它的磷甲切过之后跟

至于腥味，它的肉味道极淡，几乎没有味道，即使有一点，也不是鱼腥味，是肉腥味。
先放血，然后再ＦＩＬＬＥＴ，ＦＩＬＬＥＴ的时候有点技巧，也不需要什么剪铁皮的
剪刀，一把serrated的刀就够了。肉质非常白，比较劲道。不要把它当做鱼也做，什么
清蒸啊这些行不通，清蒸一盘猪肉不好吃吧。把它当猪肉做，爆炒或者红烧。 |

VBOB,他的pointman 9 和 guardian 9mm 也是相当不错, 不过总觉的9mm的1911怪怪的
。在对1911上，我是相当的原教旨主义者，我不喜欢external extractor （尽管JMB在
他的后期作品hi-power中放弃了internal extractor的design，他是有他道理的)，
fire pin block, 2 piece guide rod,最不能让我忍受的是light rail。我是连看都不
想看，简直丑到极点。我能容忍 front serration 尽管也是多此一举。你会发现Dan
Wesson 的 1911 是真正尊重JMB的1911.
1K以下，性价比最高的是springfield Ranger Officer. |

I admire JMB's work as much as you do but I wouldn't make such comments.
Some of the later implementations, such as the beavertail grip is a great
design to improve handling characteristics of the 1911.
The later added firing pin block is also now considered necessary by many.
Dovetail sight, dotted / night sight, skeletonized hammer, aluminum trigger,
throated feed ramp, 8rd flush magazine, hell, even front strap serrations
are not JMB's design.

RIA其实也是蛮不错的service枪.我的是GI model，是最接近M1911A1的设计。准确性和
可靠性都是过的去的。
但老实说从用料和fitting它和TM不在一个档次上. TM我一直认为是性价比相当高的
springfiled 1911，直到我看到了Ranger Officer...
750刀的ranger office,在我看来，除了不是不锈钢和没有一些没用的features(front
serration,ambi safety),糟糕的features(2 piece guide rod,front strap
checkering)外,它几乎就是黑色版的TM，虽然它的trigger pull 大概5.5磅，不过改到
4磅也就30刀不到的事儿。
这么说吧，ranger officer 是所有production1911里性价比最高的。 |

发帖数: 15155 | 48 我也不懂刀，就是听之前版上老大们的推荐买的，确实不错。不过spyderco为了同样价
格上好钢，其他比如手柄之类就比较省了，我很不喜欢他的小刀柄，薄薄的塑料（好像
是G10？），当然也有好处，作为pocket knife的话没有痕迹。也是听版上建议买的
spyder-edge，和一般serrated有点不同，听说打鹿的话割肉剥皮都没问题。还有个不
太满意的就是背锁，开关不易（当然也是成本，可以理解但是不太喜欢），是个不错的
工具刀，但不是防身刀。
我一般还带一个Tanto的国产刀，带一个小突起，食指可以很轻松的弹开，钢就是不知
名的神马钢了，就是胡乱切东西的。上次被我同学拿着和他的Smith Wesson刀刃对磕，
两把刀都被他玩出了缺口。。。不过好在是便宜货，还能凑合用着。
还有个不常带的，刚来时候买的M9-D80，没枪之前放在车里的，现在基本就是收藏了。
如果SHTF倒是可以临时当个野外大刀。
下一个可能整个你说的H1钢的，毕竟现在在南方，去海边机会可能也比较多。

and came with the stock, non-omega trigger and hogue grip. i really dig the
trigger pull in both da/sa, smooth and easy. the accuracy is nice too.
but other aspects of ergonomics are really horrible:
1) first of all there is severe trigger slap/sting. it's not as bad as a px4
in 40, but very painful after merely 20 rounds. i asked the ro and he said
