但是网上没有更新，所以第二天我又打了一个电话，确定了是yesterday
recommendation sent了。而且人家还说：放心，electronicall sent的，不会错。
结果昨天晚上又没有更新。我只和今天又打了一个电话。这次人家说：我们今天刚做了
favorable recommendation，但是letter没有发。我说不可能啊，昨天前天人家都说发
了，14号发的。她过来半天说：是的，给uscis的信是14号发的，给你的信没发。。好
吧。。我等！！~~
今天晚上又check，发现状态是favorable recommendation了，可是没有出现
recommendation sent那一栏，也就是说letter确实没有发。可是我就很奇怪了，那14,
15号两天，人家check到得letter sent是什么letter? 而且在j1visawaiverstatus.

其实现在uscis已经可以看到了
他们是共享一个database
只有是sent了， uscis才会觉得DOS已经处理完了这个case
才会处理这个waiver的最后决定
所以正如楼上的某个同学说的
只有状态时sent才是真的sent
不然虽然他们说sent了 但uscis是不会处理的 |

发帖数: 256 | 6 我是上一批27号发的一个，再多给点样本吧，因为我一直在查。
那一批123个case,只有大概5个是8月19号FR sent的，有40来个是26号sent的，然后再
有20+个是27号sent的。有36个左右截止我最后查的那天（就是27号）还处于no data
or no NOL状态。再剩下的我就不清楚什么时候FR sent的了。
现在DOS是很慢，我看以前大家的timeline有的一周两周就sent了。。。然后，我觉得
还是应该尽早给DOS寄材料，不要等到啥发了NOL再寄，这样如果DOS发FR之前没有寄到
赶不上DOS一起发FR的大潮的话，很容易拖很久。 |

sent的，也有7月初FR sent的，但大家的797C均未收到。这里吼一声，如果你的FR也是
6月20日至7月初sent的，来报个道，说说你的797C收到没。
我上周给USCIS去过几次电话，但还都查不到receipt number. officer 给的答复是最
近是一年中最忙的时候，让继续等，不知道是不是官方回答而已。
有办法加速办理吗？考古了好久，没发现有什么有用的线索。 |

我自己的今天在小红机刷胖子，刷出来那个５off３０，sent to card summary，
但LG的那张没有这个。
今天用他的买了东西，receipt后面也没有跟５off３０summary。
今天一共才１０块钱的东西，小二没有问我要不要用coupon，所以不知道他那个５off
３０倒底在不在卡上。
我找到那个email，选print，说已经sent到卡上去了。

从FR sent到今天(07/20)，已经2周零3天了，还没收到I-797C.
大家从FR sent到I-797C收到，一般都是多长时间？
另外，不是说FR了就可以办H1B吗？为什么需要I-797C?

今天我再次给USCIS打电话，运气比较好遇到了一个比较senior的officer帮我找到了
receipt number！！！
他也告诉了我的receipt number对应的地址，还是我的老地址，所以大概率就是USCIS
寄了信，但是USPS forward给搞丢了。。。
同时他建议我 有了Receipt Number就可以在网上针对file的I-612 改地址，这样确保
后续的邮件我可以正常收到。
以下是我参考的前人经验： 要是大家遇到FR发出很久都没有收到确认邮件请尝试这样
的办法：

included in the I539 form instruction.
However, many sent duplicated copy and succeeded in transference while I know
some guys were asked to resend the original copies and thus delayed case
processing.
In case that it would happen, I sent the original copy and got it back intact
after approval. |

我也是按shmu的指点给USCIS(800-375-5283)打了电话,被问了名字和出生日期,说在系
统里查不到我的信息,要我提供reciept number, 我说我根本没有收到I-797C,并且告诉
他DOS已于40多天前就将recommendation letter发给了VSC,他就给了我一个VSC的email
地址,让我发email询问,并且说VSC会在21天内给回复.我问他是否需要做infopass,他说

，uscis不会处理的，知道这边变成sent。 我说我都是第八周的最后一天了，她说这个
不是保证的。我说其他的都批了啊，她说你的没有就没有。然后让我查询他们的网站上

Jul 31收到NOL，Aug 22变成FR，但直到现在Sep 5还没有变成sent。
看其他人的情况，似乎从变成FR到变成sent只有3天到一周的时间。
请问你给DOS打的电话号码是什么？
我试了202-663-1225，202-663-1541，都没有人工接，只有机器在说一堆话。 |

Favorable Recommendation了。我查了一批case也都已经sent了，大家可以看看。祝下
面的USCIS可以顺顺利利的马上给I797。
