比较强的，只要不违法，雇主有解雇人的自由。学校里的funding特别一些，但
法庭有理由按这个原则处理。
sensible的思路是，
1. 他不给你funding的理由是不是能牵扯到违法，比如违约，歧视（国籍，性别，肤色
，宗教，性取向），违反学校规章，州法律，行业协会守则
简言之，是否能找到他的过错并“上纲上线”到法律
2. 上述1是否可以用证据来支持，人证，物证，间接证据
如果对1和2都有信心，找个律师谈谈，如果律师觉得这可以make a case，go for it
有律师专门打这类官司，能想出千奇百怪的论点论据
另外，一般来说，你诉的会是整个学校。没有过硬证据，不要轻举妄动。
如果你有过硬的证据，这是挣钱的好机会。最后能上陪审团大审的，数字都是很吓人的
那种。

order to make sensible decisions.
For example, for the first one. Changing priority means put different energy
and time on two projects. Depending on my roles in two projects, I need to
inform my team member such changing and what will be the impacts on each
project's progress. Certainly, the overall schedule of both projects needs
meet the deadline. Sometimes, I need to advise the leaders who should follow
up my work... |

不用太担心你现在的雇主在你找到之前知道。一般公司对这个都比较
sensible的，不会贸然做这个调查。当然你在和下一个公司联络的时候
可以明确告诉他们你的concern，至少在开始之前通知你一声。 |
