言归正传，昨日一大早为了赶上VC的这个大减价，俺破天荒地没睡懒觉。可是等到商店
，却俨然一副战场的态势，而且商品被翻得一片狼藉。俺已经是提前做好功课，来店里
试过多款心仪的样式和颜色，就等着这天能一网打尽。可是冲到被MM们围住的打折区，
发现自己喜欢的样式，已经被“抢”光了，不禁有些泄气。但还不死心，先是到店里各
个原有的专柜（不是那些装着打折商品的一个个圆筒）去一一察看，看是否自己喜欢的
款式还在。结果发现店里很机智的调换了各个款式所在的专柜，那些好看的热卖的款式
压根就没参加打折，不是卖光了。虽然没参加Semi Annual的折扣活动，这些商品的标

一个junior faculty，N年前从组里独立出去的，之前和我合作过，开会时也都hang
out。两三年前听说他在做一个idea，但迄今没见任何paper。现在我刚写了一篇文章，
可能会把他的那个idea覆盖了，所以想发个信给他。计划会说：（1）告知我在写文章
，会关系到他的XX idea；（2）询问他是否还在做，准备写文章么，（3）propose可以
同时投，或者由他suggest个解决方案。
说到这里还得提提我的老板，senior faculty，对junior的人从来不太在乎，之前组立
出去的人和他关系都挺差的。以前类似问题知道他肯定是不会去写信的，而且也不会建
议别人写。
但现在情况是我和这junior faculty私交还不错，绝对不想因为任何这些事搞出矛盾。

随意的random error term的二元选择模型。文献显示前些年一些文章是使用Hermite
Series来拟合密度函数的， 后来又出现了傅立叶series来拟合。 最近还有用Legendre
polynomials来做的， 据说有很多好处。 不知道哪位高手熟悉这方面的研究的， 能
