一大早，文文跑到我们房间玩。坏事做了不少，包括把瓶子的水倒到我的脚上，我气的给
了他一个timeout，批评一顿再回去睡觉。他就换个方法来引我们注意，把从国内带来的
认字卡片一个一个拿过来问：这个是什么字？这个是什么？他们为什么跑步？ 我让他去
问爸爸。爸爸睡眼朦胧的应答着。一会，端了两个盒子过来，上面各放着一辆小车：妈妈
，给你cup cake！

小儿两岁了，还不太会说话，英文基本上靠几个字来表达UP，DOWN，OPEN,CLOSE,ON,
OFF， outside， inside...，老大八个月的时候，就会说“爸爸抱抱宝宝”。二十个
月的时候会26个字母，能数到10。
性子偏急，从一周岁会走路以来，几乎没有慢慢的走过路，一来就开始跑，没少摔跤，
但大多数情况下，他都能保护好自己。摔倒是常常脑袋是离地的。上周带老大去学
KARATE的时候，老师就教了这一招。一岁半不到的时候，能够自己站在SEESAW的中间一
个人在那里“练平衡”。自己尝试着怎样拿铅笔比较“容易控制”，这一简单的动作，
老大到四岁半在他妈的多次打骂下才学会。下楼梯的时候，屁股坐在阶梯上，双手撑起
身子，一步一步往下挪。我在干活的时候，一没注意，他已经排到梯子的最上面了。

correct。
看起来他已经能游起来，但是动作问题很多。下一步要问教练或者家长（如果想自己教
）的问题，他是否可以自己burn in。
如果可以，要让他知道应该做到什么程度，让他自己多玩多练即可。比如这两段视频里
显示出来的主要问题：free，划水跑到身体对面去了，换气转体也太过分；br，手分的
太开没有屈肘没有抱水，腿蹬直角不会蹬圆圈。示范给他看应该做到什么样子，让他自
己多练。
如果不可以，必须多做分解练习。大家常说6岁太小，自己玩可以了。通常适用于可以
自己burn in的小孩。观察一阵如果总也不能burn in，大概齿轮有点公差或者教练自己
教的就不对。有些教练自己的动作就有问题，并不是很高明。比如蛙泳有点star fish
，蝶泳有点seesaw，仰泳提大腿太多，自由泳一头沉。小孩是一张白纸，如果碰巧学会
了他们正确的动作，很好；否则练的越多，错的时间越长。
小孩无法自己burn in的情况比较难办，观察该教练教出来的学生是最好的办法。不要
