My parents will fly back to china soon, just want to figure out how much the
second luggage(50lb) will be charged if they choose UA?We have UA mileages
accumulated and may use the mileage for their travel to China.
If we paid the charge for second luaage in US, do they have to pay the
second luggaue again in China if tranfer from Beijing or Shanghai to other
cities?

1. 此人最近一次有个差评，总共也就 32 个评价，85.7%
2. 最后十秒钟三个人出价，我用的 sniper，被另外两个 outbid。
最后的 winning bidder 是 0 记录，怀疑是马甲
现在还不到 8 个钟头，我就收到 second chance offer，另一个
比我出价高一点的 bidder 为什么没有收到 second chance，或者
收到后据绝了？

seconds plan. Shot in 10 seconds is easy, catch and shoot. Shot in 20

记得以前有位申请医学院的大虾说，他跟所在的学校讲要念本科，就可以把国内的学分
都转过来，最近好像看AAMC的规矩，好像又不太可行。

NRA几十年如一日，通过金钱收买法律学者，不停的发paper, 宣传拥枪权是individual

的名单。
有没有哪位给科普一下， 这个 second visit 是什么性质？ 看了一下，
有人简单提过一些， 大概就是 negotiate startup， 但是本专业就是计算，
应该没有什么 startup， 所以请教一下。

了，挺满意的。就等接正式offer了。Provost也说trust他，一定会给offer。我们估计
还有两三个星期。
另外有一个学校B，条件不如A，现在邀请我们去second visit。LD觉得不想伤人品，就
想告诉学校B已经有A的offer了，就不订票了（机票也巨贵）。
可我实在担心会有什么变数。如果让学校B定了机票，要是我们走之前接到A的offer，
临时说不去，会不会不好？如果那时还没接到A的正式offer是不是还是要去second
visit? 去了回来后说接了A的offer，会不会伤人品？

Head还热情邀请我带家人去系里过一下看他。
这个看他一般要多久？代理还问我什么时候有空带我看房子去呢。
目测只是拜访一下，打个照面，15分钟足够了吧？再去看看新办公室，见见其他教授，
还有SCC，差不多1个小时到头了吧? |

graduate candidate里面只有四个是生物背景，还不知道有没有人拒掉他们 (学校比较
烂)，他们做生物方向的有四五个教授，不知道我秋季入职还有没有配额。虽然预期的
startup package是2 students X 2 years。
现在看好了一个学生，国内有硕士经历，而且人在美国j2签证，正在申请phD
admission，背景比较符合。现在可不可以直接和系头提，把这个学生 直接招过去。担
心的是现在还没有negotiate正式offer，second visit要在两周之后，现在提是不是有
点unprofessional，而且早已经过了他们研究生招生的deadline (Jan 1st for Fall
admission).

公司说可以办H1B，但是要work as China employee（我理解我应该是拿China wage,
wage 60% of US wage)~通过secondment program明年上半年回来美国工作。
可是我以为H1B申请要求美国的wage不是吗? 有人了解咨询和四大的secondment都是咋
回事儿吗？

息, 打电话去也不接, 去EMAIL也不回, 这种情况是不是说没戏了(before I left, the
dept chair said they will get back to me soon). 但不明白为啥没人理, 好歹也
是SECOND INTERVIEW呀, 至少得给个信吧? 请过来人帮助分析分析. 谢谢.
