considering seaturtling.
还听说了一个悲剧，某985学校的经管的海归，回来时特聘教授，给待遇，周转房，
启动基金。结果第二年发现肝癌，看病才发现，学校不管医疗，一帮朋友去争。学校不
晓得从哪里翻出文件合同，海归特聘的三年考核期不是正式待遇，是特聘待遇（天晓得
那是个什么东西），医疗，社保和人事实际上不在学校。搞了半天就是一个临时工。这
位仁兄又没有去医保局交过钱，医保局现在申请后，还有等6个月起效（这个俺不懂,只
是听说的)，现在看病自己掏钱。学校还说三年特聘考虑特殊情况，人道主义可以延一
延，但是，延期完不成任务还是肯定解聘。可怜的人，孩子又小，老婆工作打工，老人
也老了，靠几个朋友帮忙在医院和学校想办法，还不知道是个什么了局，可怜。学校根
本没把这帮人当人，就是剥削完了算完。 |

最近回国看看，主要是看了几个学校，和各路人等聊了聊，发现实际上现在已经不是回
国内学校的好时候了。
这个现在都知道海归不值钱，一般除了大牛和国内比较差的学校和专业，一般给个副
教授或者所谓的特聘教授，实际上就是副教授，几年以后还要评。关键是，2-3年一次
考评，有的每年一考评，要拿文章和FUND交差，刚开始没有学生，没有人脉，靠自己，
除非拿原来的东西忽悠，一般很难完成目标。一般要几篇A交差或者几十万以上课题，
靠自己打拼，不容易。国内没关系FUND难，更糟的是，横向等更是要人脉。白手起家，
以前的海归给特殊政策，现在就是一般般的对待。钱少不说，房子也贵。考评不过，就
是降档或解聘，其实就是个合同工，体制早就改了，老婆孩子问题也一般自己解决，到
时候还不晓得去哪混。那些年薪多少万，一般是忽悠，先给一部分，后面根据考评，关

衣服，减肥。
二月份的时候，终于熬不住了，book了去cancun的vacation package。 基本上这边键一按，钱欻的飞走，那边立马到HA, Gymboree, Gap, 77Kids, J&J, JCrew, Justice..各个网站 转了一溜够。没完没了的冬天，太打击购物热情了。好不容易找到了借口，提前开始买夏装。 生女娃，不就为了这个moment？想象一下，碧海蓝天，白沙棕榈，matchy matchy, 我老人家热血沸腾。。。

think this way, simply because life is one way, nobody can live his life
twice, so can not have fair comparison. cause the other side's grass is
always greener.
btw the world is indeed smaller now, just got a call from a friend who
enjoyed seaturtle so much 8 months ago when i saw him, now he is sent back
to US permanently by his company for different opportunity. Another friend
is flying back and forth. However neither has kids. |
