从怀孕起，就该有意识的爱护准妈妈的腰、背、胸。
我很谨慎的写这篇帖子。但我不是专业人士，这些只是一些常识和个人经验。各位妈妈、准妈妈们，请听医生们的专业意见。
怀孕时的坐姿很重要，挺直腰，尽量坐硬木头椅子，就是坐硬椅子时，最好也只坐后半个屁屁在椅子上，前半个屁屁悬空在椅子外。这个坐姿是调整你子宫位置和胎位的好方法。
我整个孕期一直保持良好的坐姿，坐累了，走走或是躺下，基本没有做过很软的沙发，更没有一滩泥似的整个人深陷在沙发里，靠在沙发背上蜷着。
这种姿势，开始累,后面就很习惯了。从我个人经历看，效果非常非常好。
Pregnancy pillow
孕后期，真累啊，真累啊。左侧睡对胎位好，但大多数人（没准是所有的准妈妈们），无论什么体位，都已经是无法舒服入睡了。
强烈建议孕中期就买个Pregnancy pillow，早买早享受。孕后期尤其有用。

没CVS的同学真是挺可怜的，这个我一般都是等CVS的活动，把所有coupon用上，再加
rebate，最后1-3刀一瓶。有的利害童鞋（比如～～），估计都是free，或倒赚拿回家
的，你在target真金白银买，不太划算的。以前有人直接在版上求过，好像是8刀/瓶，
不太记得了。你要是不是真有需要，不如买张发票，赚rebate吧。
