昨天和几位商讨如何被美国媒体报道的点子：我们一定要加强自己的力量，变成他们的
头条。现在还得想出奇制胜的方法，最好有一个崭新的点子。吸引眼球的，把游行结合

实习用PHP&mysql做web application,前端的HTML, CSS(SASS,SCSS), JS, jQuery,
Anjular.js, Backbone.js都是会用的，老板每个月只给1000块钱，四月份很幸运的抽
中了H1b，当然申请H1b所有的费用都需要我交给老板。十月份H1b生效需要实习转正，
但是感觉老板最多也就给我2000块工资，其它的部分都要我账户收到工资后还给他现金。
老板觉得给我办了H1b我就不好走人，所以拿着这个事情死命压榨我，明年女朋友过来
读书，真心觉得在加州2000刀会活不下去。现在临近十月，很担心签的合同会有卖身条
款或者违约金。
想问下各位大大，在美国的工作合同的违约金之类的卖身条款是有法律效力的么？比如
说合同三年并且违约金10W，那就是说明我三年内无论如何都走不了了么？
现在十分担心，诚心求各位回复解答，小可感念切切。 |

疯牛如中概和IPO们（fio p lnkd）从头涨到尾。healthcare 被继续持有，跟着小涨。
钱从金银，TLT，utilities, staples流出，所以没他们什么事儿。
我发现的还有上涨空间的板块包括semi，煤炭，航空和卖衣服的（anf ltd等）。当然
还有万年loser 金融和地产。欢迎补充。
下周策略：
0. 做好hedge，及时取利
1. 关注落后板块以及各种垃圾小股
2. 等回调
