below $11. It is way oversold just for an accounting error. Shorts are
creating panic. I guess there is a hedge fund behind it, who is selling down
the price (from left hand to right hand, and then from right to left). They
can scare people, but there is a limit.
Also SIR is really high. That helps longs now. The bad news are all out, and pressure will be on the short-side (they need to find shares to cover).

. I believe shorts will cover soon no matter what. It is down 46% in 3 days.
Imagine you shorted, you would like to take that 46% gain. If you hold it,
maybe you get 5% more. Rather, shorts may actually turn long. So I guess it
is shorts' turn to move up the PPS at this price level.
If there is a terrible news, for example possible BK, then it is another
story. I bet against that.

I post my small IRA account performance last week. There were pictures.
It went from just $8000 on 3/9/2009 to almost $50K on 3/9/2010. I have a
bigger margin account too, and 401K investment. The 401K is not as
impressive as the other accounts, but it more than doubled too. My total
investment is almost $400K.

fuqi现在已经没有讨论价值了，如果你hold fuqi 的成本价在20附近，那么无论你如何
AD，这已经是一场输局了，因为一天的跌幅超过40%？而且是TA无法predict的，因为如
果你分析fuqi大跌前的TA，图形很好看，可这种TA有意义么？FA一出来，一天掉了40%？反而倒是这个时候应该用TA了，但是直觉告诉我TA再好或是再坏我也不会去long 或 short这支股，there is always easier way to make money.
如果你重仓的成本是20附近，那么你AD到双倍或是三倍，何必呢？其实你已经输了，因为你的资金会被套多久？不好说。如果你这些钱没有买fuqi而是买了bidu的call，还有讨论的意义么？（ps不是让你现在去买bidu的call）
如果你是在高点32进的fuqi，那我只能说，你是杯具，惨烈程度不亚于08年的A股，如果你在32重仓了fuqi，那我只能建议你以后不要再炒股了，直接去LV玩大小点吧，因为这种FA看不懂的股票，长线，重仓就是自杀。

Positive NI every QT for the last 4 QT, while cash flow from operation in
the last 4 QT keeps negative..... this can be suspicious for further
investigation.
年报也有类似情况 (source: yahoo finance)
还有其他吗？

看了headline, 说是revenue recognition 有问题
那account receivable 出现问题就再正常不过了
