发帖数: 5750 | 2 这个问题还是要看使用的App是什么，如果是创造性的，不是被动看的故事，或者游戏
类的，适当使用对提高孩子的注意力是很有帮助的。这个结论是基于科研基础，并且他
们不认为高级功能的App使用定义为“ Screen Time”。这也是为什么在学校越来越普
及Ipad教育。
当然，使用低级功能的App，比如被动看的，不懂脑筋的，尽量少用。 高级功能的的
App一定是要和孩子互动起来，比如Scribble My Story等，让孩子自己创造一个故事
，里面可以自己拍照，可以自己录音加入故事里面，普通的用纸画一个故事就达不到这
个功能。
所以，正确使用现代科技产品，是关键。 |

能的APP，是对的。 但是，父母如何提高自己的认识，适应21世纪的教育模式很重要。
高级功能的APP已经不在Screen Time之列，是否对眼睛有影响，请和医生核对。高级
功能的APP孩子一般不会成瘾，孩子一般玩一会之后，（或者完成一个Project之后，就
会去玩其他的，和使用其他的没有什么区别。
1. 有一个网站有大家对一个App的评价，并且有这个App适合的年龄阶段：
大家Google Common Sense Reviews， 网站是 Commonsensemeida.org
2. 选择App 的时候，考虑这个App的功能，
以下是由最低级的功能到最高级的功能，
remembering
undersatanding
applying
analyzing
evaluation
creating
如果没有父母的介入，孩子倾向于玩简单低级的App，父母应该鼓励孩子使用具有高级
功能的App，比如Analyzing，Evaluation，Creating的功能的App。

Coors Field is THE hitter's heaven.
The theory is that the air in Denver is so thin that fly ball goes a long
way. Coors Field, when compared with the other ball parks in NL West,
actually is a bit larger in terms of dimension. If I were ten years younger
and a little bit better at analysis, I'd probably have started scribbling on
paper to work out how big an effect thin air at the Mile High city really

我很满意。这与几年前刚用上iphone的感觉类似，觉得技术革新真是改变人类生活的
好东西。保护眼睛，不用常充电，小巧易携带，这些优点都逐渐体会到了。我一开始也
下载了不少中文书(www.shucang.com)和版权过期的经典外文书，小拼字游戏(amazon)
等等。弄了几十本以后，就觉得太值了。 但是, 拥有了书不等于就会去读---对我来说
，免费的陈列性新书不容易看进去；而以前看过的书，我感觉用kindle查找也不方便。
kindle翻页比较慢，这对我寻找需要的段落很不力： 我一般只是记得大致章节和内容
，用kindle没法快速翻阅到材料的位置。
我倒是一直有逛书店的习惯--或是连锁大店如B&N，或是小门面的专业及二手书店，这
些都是消磨个把小时的好地方。大店可以喝茶休息，翻翻新书；小店有不少寻觅偶遇的
乐趣。 另外，书店多半有点人世的嘈杂，时人当下的趣味。对我来说，它们是比令人

《月之暗面》是我最喜欢的平克专辑。这里面还有著名的阿兰帕森斯的音效制作，也是
亮点。
电台正在放去年出的再版双碟，包括录影棚版和七四年现场版。再版的音质比以前更透
明，细节更丰富，我从原碟自制的有损压缩质量还是有保证的，每张唱片只有一个音轨
，网上的版本都有些间断。
正巧娜娜写了那个黑名单。再一次听到“兔子快跑”，真是说不出的伤感。
版友“大师”曾经贴了《时间》这张令他伤心钝痛的歌。十年。确实，人生没有几个十
年。虽然我还没到接受喝红酒，听爵士的生活，但离对人竖中指的时代已经很远了。
