便当小姐，Amazon.com我买的37美元，最近似乎涨了点。是不是跟风跳饭盒的同学太多
所以他涨价了？
首先，我不上班，所以有时间有精力做这些东西，其他妈妈如果没有时间的话有个心意
就行。
今天先讲讲怎么在早上这么匆忙的情况下做出这些菜来吧。我没有很早起床，早起我视
为人生恨事一桩，不得已不去恨的。平常大概7：20左右起床，娃幼儿园在她爹上班的
路上，而且我们这条路早上高峰期也不堵车，离家也近。所以时间上不是特别紧张。只
要提前准备，15分钟左右做好一点都不夸张。
1、XX炒肉这类菜是最快的。菜可以在前一天晚上切好，肉我都是一买回来就切丝切片
分小盒子冷冻的，只需要前天晚上拿一盒转藏到冷藏室就可以了，早上起来肉就解冻了
。然后用淀粉、酱油和油拌一拌就可以下锅炒了。要是早上起来现做洗菜切菜这些事情
的话，那肯定是时间不够的。
2、充分利用烤箱。烤箱最大的好处是不需要人在旁边看着，塞进去到时间出来就好了

割成词。只能用150上的解法找出invalid字符为0的那个。n个string也是如此。但是因
为只要返回bool，对错误的string可以early termination。

scrambled channel, they will not show up in the correct channel number (
like with the set top box), they will just appear all over the place if you
do a scan of the channels. Depending where you live (some area are not
service by comcast before, they are just bought out by comcast), this un-
scrambled channel may not exist much longer, but depends where you live and
their exist cable tranport system. So this is big YMMV. |

爬这几个山头是年初就和山友T计划好的，因为T的工作性质，请假必须提前好几个月通
知，我们就把日子定在奥运开幕前的那个周末。至于到时候天气如何，只能撞大运了，
反正爬山本来就是靠天吃饭，三天之后的气象预报就不怎么靠谱，索性来个拣日不如撞
日。行程如下：
周四早退数小时，和T汇合后开车至South Colony Lake Upper TH，步行约三迈半到
South Colony Lake，在11,500’左右扎营。
周五从Red Gully上Crestone Peak，然后 traverse到Crestone Needle；
周六上Humboldt，顺便拿下边上一个centennial 13er Columbia Point，下山回家。
先说一下approach，以前如果你有4WD的话可以一直开到离湖边一迈的地方，一到周末

Final stats: 14 miles, 7,500' ft elevation gain.

still try our best to make it back to Twin Peaks before sun sets (once you
are back to Twin Peaks there is trail)
The good news is that as the ridge get closer to Twin Peaks, it is in better
condition and less scrambling and climbing involved.
The bad news is I don't know how long it will us take to do the last part
where I turned back where you must drop down to a gully then scramble up.

scramble了。
2.5秒够快的，估计都是中短距离的pass吧。长的2.5秒肯定不够。
2.5秒能看几个option？ 是不是只看第一option，最多看到第二个？
还是如果2.5秒没出球，就要开始看pass rush，一边看down field，一边准备scramble？
而且，这个2.5秒，不止练QB。防守队员一样要练会这个2.5秒的timer。之前和之后的
策略是不同的。 这个我就不太能理解了。 |

发帖数: 4053 | 28 我早说过，威神的长处（绝大部分NFL两毛五都没有的）是scramble出pocket后并不是
瞎跑（如RG3，Vick，提包之类），而是跑动中仍然check field，然后一记长传致人死
命！
这不但需要跑动中扔球的臂力，还需要意识，威神这一点无人可及，大概只有高峰时的
法叔可比。
但大家发现没有？威神传出好球时，接球手多半wide open而很少under tight
coverage.
我注意看过，威神很少传那种tight window，要求准确性不能有半点误差的中、短球；
若是被迫传、WR又被紧紧粘住时，他的传球成功率就极低。去看看对扣子那场球就知道
了。
威神优良的scramble and throw能力加上海鸟WR的route跑得不错，常常给威神传wide
open球的机会，遮盖了威神accurate throw under tight coverage能力低的弱点，也
使WR/TE在防守方贴身防守时的接球能力没有得到验证。
这一点会被DC发现的。季后赛各队可能都会紧紧粘住海鸟WR，不给wide open机会，逼

小时候教练教我保护QB，我的任务就是挡住前面的DE，然后假想一个圆心，把DE阻挡在
圆外面就好了，移动距离小于DE，速度小于DE，力量上能僵持就行，DE从我外面绕，我
就跟上他，实在跟不上了，我就指望QB会往前上一步，这样基本上QB就可以喝一杯茶了。
如今我长大了，选入了NFL，遇到了最好的scramble QB。在这样一个下午，我挡住了前
面猛扑过来的硬汉，假想一个圆心。。。突然他不跟我玩相扑了，往我右边跑。。。靠
，QB肯定跑右边去了，那我要往跟他平行跑，心里想着千万不能holding。。。他突然
急停，往左。。。我差点一个大马趴，还好勉强跟上，他是1st rounder，20出头小伙
，我泥马都快30了，还人家胖怎么拼速度吗。。。眼看跟不上了，被他摆脱了。。。回
头一看，哈哈，我们QB小伙奏是牛，一个肉末回旋躲过第一个pass rusher，紧接着一
个大本挣扎摆脱了第二个，从容的看了看远方，球应声出手，TD~~~~

小研究了一下，居然是RG3的队友，坊间传说当年baylor打进攻不用play book，就站

我最近的3场球，都是很好的球场，POPPY HILLS，HARDING PARK，AND JACK'S
COYOTE CREEK
虽然死法不一样，但最终的STAT都差不多
3场基本一样：
75%的FAIRWAY HIT
22%的 GIR
40 PUTTS
15% SCRAMBLE
7 3-PUTT
每场球前想要是GIR，3-PUTT，或者SCRAMBLE IMPROVE 一点，就会有一场比较好的球
。可是场场下来，总有几个莫名其妙出问题的洞，场场都是一样的命
不一样的是每一场的球场，球伴，和过程。看来，生命在于追求，追求在于过程
最值得HIGHLIGHT的几个洞:
Poppy Hills 的 #13，Handi No.2，2ON，2PUTT，据说那个洞是“if you walk
away with 3 putts, you would be happy.”

它的一些基本功能:
1) 记录你在练习场的时间以及各个球杆练习的时间
2) 分析你在练习场上练习各项技术的比重
3) 记录你在球场上的一些技术数据,比如各个洞的得分,击中球道,击中果岭或者
scramble的次数,当然还有一轮的成绩
4) 球场上的技术统计, 有百分比的数据,比如fairway hit %, GIR %, scrambled %
也有3杆洞,4杆洞和5杆洞的平均成绩
5) 成绩比较 - 最近的一个月和之前的3个月的平均成绩
6) 这是我这个应用的基本出发点: 在练习场上练习的和在球场上是否成正比关系, 比
如练习了driver, 是不是fairway hit
就 能提高; 练习了推球,是不是 putts/round 也能提高?
当然了,也能通过图表的方式直观的告诉用户:哪一项需要多练习,哪一项练习过度了等.

候还
能逆向传到另一方向，awareness很好，make decision不错，什么时候跑什么时候传。
除了ATM的进攻system比较好，他自己也还是有很强能力的。俺还真找不出当今谁在
NCAA，scramble中传球比他好的，不然你们可以列出来。 |

橙虎>华盛顿〉巴盖
这三个队防守都差不多，各有千秋，各有各的强弱点。
进攻橙虎最全面，能传能跑，还能QB跑，但是失误比较多。唯一能胜巴马防守的可能性
是Watson大发神威，TO<=1
华盛顿的QB传球不错，peterson也是调教NCAA QB能手，两个RB 都不错。但是OL能不能
档过巴马是个大疑问。唯一能胜的机会是peterson有一个很好很好的game plan外加球
员execution很好。同时Qb表现不出错。华盛顿的另一问题是全年都上防守强的队伍不
多，遇到巴马速度这么快的球队，估计不一定是适应得过来。等反应过来，已经被领先

个TD了。
巴盖，今年实力不济，WR弱，只有sameul一个点，Rb也不强，OL talent不错，但是年
轻。主要还是OC烂。但是市长game plan在时间足够的情况下，会很好。可惜今年要是
Semi赢了，也没有足够时间准备。QB发挥不稳定。传球受到WR弱的影响。这个球队是对
巴马match up最差的球队。不能传球，跑攻就会被防死，直接死悄悄。

发帖数: 8966 | 47 Bama以前非常dominate的原因是能够利用Run+Occasionally Pass控制时间，这样实际
上bama的defense没有tired out，利用比别人进攻时间长执行的好，run相对少的play
磨死对手。
顺便说一下今年OSU球迷diss JT Barrett，本质原因是it平常run的很欢，关键时刻3rd
and short过不去，大学QB最关键就是3rd and short能不能keep defense honest，进
而convert成功，这点Tebow, Dak Prescott强太多。。
Saban最近几年练辟邪剑法，关键时刻还是靠kiffin call压箱底的play(譬如扔给OJ
Howard玩大的)，或者Jacob Coker自己跑convert成功夺冠。所谓的hurry up, no
huddle没有offense连续在场上control clock的能力。再好的defense也会被wired out
变成shoot out，这事儿bama从来就不擅长。

Sounds interesting. But rock climbing is outside my capability and I don't
know whether I would pick it up someday. Occasionally, when I am crazy
enough, I might do some class 4 scramble/free climbing. That's about it for
me.
I heard about Joshua Tree to be like a "Mecca" for rock climbing in SoCal.
Don't know if the rock is stable enough for free scramble? |

After we reached the top of the snow field/glacier on Dragon tail, we
circled to the back. Instead of scramble to summit of Dragon Tail, we just
traverse the snow field between Col/Dragon. Then scrambled to Colchuck.
The snow condition there this time was much better than last time: no ice at
all. |
