they keep the right to execute it or not. What a joke!

then after 52 minutes. This order is executed, at a much higher price (55
cents higher than what I saw at the time ). During those 52 minutes, no
information whatever available to that order. You cannot cancel it, you don'
t know whether it is executed or not. Scottrade just delayed it forever to
their advantage.
I called them later. They said they will investigate, because I have the

优点：开户要求最低，只要$500，而且是MARGIN账户，免费TRADE 100次（之后每次$3
）；申请容易快捷，表格少；系统稳定速度快；界面好，方便；有中文版和中文客服
开户转账都很快，开户一般几天就能搞定，从银行可以直接ACH转账转进转出都可，没
有费用，速度也快，一般两个business day。
