里不常用的部分给剪裁掉了。
比如一个例子是 permutation / combination，因为大部分娃一辈子也解不出排列组合
的 puzzle 题，所以为了节省篇幅，对于以下完整四种情况：
permutation wo/ repetition
permutation w/ repetition
combination wo/ repetition
combination w/ repetition
的最后一种情况就裁掉了。。。这样对大部分娃就少记一个不必要的公式。
但是对于数学竞赛的，其实这四个公式都不需要记忆，只要会导出且证明就行了。。。
但最后一个 combination w/ repetition 的导出需要数学自动机建模（ice cream
scoop 蹦蹦机模型，把组合总数对应成不同穿孔纸带总数），这个虽然看起来简单，但
似乎需要抽象思维能力，真正把娃教会并不容易，所以我觉得高中数学课本就略去了。
。。其实还是初等数学，当然奥赛学习就需要补全之。
