发帖数: 911 | 1 从今天起，我打算做一个系列节目关于mw3的地图一些心得。希望大家喜欢（光喜欢没
用，要发包子）。

今天，来讨论seatown，话说这seatown，坐落在丝绸之路上，有着上千年的历史。。。
。。。。（我瞎编的）
总体来说，seatown的地形是复杂的，屋子房子众多，所以这个图，我建议ks里有直升
机，predator导弹什么的。非常好多，但是UAV仍旧很重要
宽阔地域只有东侧和南面的两片广场。这也早就了第一个狙点，东南角两层小楼，D。
但是！！这个小楼非常的不好守,首先它有两个楼梯，一个阳台，三个门（二楼两个，
一楼一个）。而且视野也不算太好，从D看H，H是在阴影里的，而且H附近有个小箱子，
上去后正好爬墙头能看到D。近端的小楼G，也可以从窗户看到D。但是这些仍旧不能组
织D成为本图最流行的狙点，因为一杆NB的狙在D能控制相当一大片地皮。而且因为D的
出口众多，虽然难守，但是也意味着便于逃跑。
林外一个狙点是E，E与D之间有一片快阔地，两地距离正好是狙击枪的范围。所以经常
能碰到两边对枪的情况。E也有三个出口，但是E有一个最大的缺陷，E没有房顶，所以

发帖数: 1279 | 2 昨天玩了2个小时CQ，那个室内大楼的图比较有意思，不过我玩的是54人的，人太多感
觉很乱作一团，很多时候敌我都混在一起，由此我在漫漫的向前走，有个敌人从我后面
直接跑到我前面还在继续往前跑，我很纳闷为何他没有爆我菊，于是只能我赶上去爆他
菊了。。。
新枪增加了很多，ACR和SCAR_L终于有了，HK417也有了，很多狙击手直接HK417 iron
sight裸打，似乎威力挺大，我自己没用过因为还没解锁
另外枪现在有涂装了，不过目前只有SCAR和F2000有涂装。。话说SCAR还是沙漠迷彩涂
装比较好看~ |

who tried laser treatment and significantly improved her skin. But it was
very costly. Each treatment cost hundreds and at least 4 or 5 treatments are
needed. The other is scrubbing treatment. This one is very magical and can
get rid of even scars. I know a person who underwent this kind of treatment
in Singapore and the result was magical. |

来美国后，本以为现在医术发达了，自己也看了相关的学术articles。
我去了比较有名的大学的plastic surgery科，那个医生相当帅且有名，算得上这个行
业的学术和临床的前沿。他见了了我后说我长的这么漂亮，没有必要做手术；而且现在的技术对于我的scar没有什么太大帮助。然后一直说我应该感谢上帝给我漂亮的脸蛋和完美的身材。
我曾经想过倾我所有的积蓄，或者贷款也行，去掉scar。经过他这么说后，我当时觉得很失望。后来想想算了，一切也许都是冥冥中注定的。 |

and the price is good) then dilute the rose otto into base oil(10%). Use it
daily before lotion.

prevent melanin from forming. before looking headlessly for products,
search and read into "hyperpigmentation" and educate yourself about it first

uv会让皮肤制造更多的melanin，第一步需要avoid sunlight and protect yourself
against the uv。sunscreen of spf of at least is MUST, everyday whether rain
or shine, as long as there's light in the sky。
vitamin c帮助消除melanin
吃vc高的食物例如猕猴桃，用vc高的products
用skin bleach和depigmenter来让皮肤制造更少的melanin

找了好久，找到了一个local大牛的CLINIC，真的比较牛，做过40,000例手术，名校的FULL PROFESSOR,设备和技术据说都是一流，口碑不错，但是COST 是$3100 per eye,做过的jms,我想问问，这个价格是不是太高？有点小纠结。

今天去见了医生，大概说一下。
目前用的技术：
1. intralase: 比较新的技术，完全不用blade, 用laser在角膜上形成一个flap,然后
用LASER切除FLAP底下的部分TISSUE,然后flap翻回去，让其自然愈合
2. conventional lasik using microkeratome:这个需要metal blade形成flap，不如
laser那么容易control.flap形成后，切除tissue。

水，一氧化碳加氧生成二氧化碳，等等。
抗生素抑止厌氧菌的机理因药而定，虽是氧化，不一定产生自由基。比如Benzoyl
Peroxide，本身虽是过氧化物，但涂在皮肤上就分解为氧和苯甲酸，氧抑制厌氧菌，苯
甲酸加速死皮脱落。
刚看了一下LaMer，里面好像就是一些lipids，antioxidant，或许有些增加胶原蛋白的
成分吧，没看到具体ingredients，所以不好说。不应该增加角质层厚度。

里最好的一集。
上一次追剧情片还是在追《月光》，可以让我放下手中的事情好好看看，哈哈。《月光
》是吸血鬼惩恶扬善的故事，不知道最后是怎么善终的。这次不同，冷兵器弓箭和近距
离肢体格斗已经不那么超自然了，至少到目前为止一切格斗的因果关系似乎都可以用一
般的物理学知识解释。而且，从一开始就让我怀疑剧本作家是不是偷看了金庸的〈倚天
屠龙记〉?
片头至今一直在宣传男猪脚Oliver Queen从炼狱岛（Purgatory）归来，这个很像张无
忌从冰火岛归来。 Oliver 要痛改前非重新做人，要拯救城市。他白天是花花公子，晚
上是护城天使。对前女友（女猪脚Laura，已经是刑事案情律师）拒之千里，不闻不理。

可见他对吃人这个话题耿耿于怀，难以摆脱。这暗示他写《Life of Pi》的真实意图

上个月，我听到一个不幸的消息，我大学时最好的老乡康同学的先生因为胃癌，突然离
世，从住院到过世才两个礼拜，留下康和他们的三个孩子。他们大学毕业后就去了美国
。现在，最大的孩子12岁，自闭症，最小的一个是个小姑娘，才一岁半。打电话给她，
怀里的孩子还在喃喃地叫着爸爸，让人忍不住心酸落泪。大学同学发起了募捐。康是我
的老乡，为人善良、宽厚、平和，非常乐于助人，虽然她出身高干家庭，但和我在一起
都是她照顾我，我比她更像个千金小姐，我们曾在深夜上海的火车站席地而坐，排队买
回家的汽车票，也曾在寒夜里合吃一大碗面条，还一起在被台风搁置的船上，遭遇船主
趁火打劫，伙食很烂，还提价，我们闹过革命，当然革命最后成功了！我打电话给她，
和她一起伤心落泪，也希望她柔弱而坚强的肩膀能扛起这生活的重担。

曹超把华佗骗子关起来是很有道理的。华佗居然靠肉眼就能诊断脑瘤，更夸张的还敢开

发帖数: 111 | 36 昨天带着肩伤参加了今年的National Indoor Championship。Recurve，18米，60支箭
，成绩是529环。
从年初受伤后，就没怎么练，即便去练，30支箭后就拉不开了。有一段时间都开始怀疑
是不是年龄太大了，身体已经吃不消了。先后找了两个理疗师，但都不见效。上周一个
偶然的机会知道了一个加拿大Top3的复合弓高手就是一个专治运动伤的理疗师。
他的诊所有点远，到星期六才有时间去第一次。治疗的手段基本上就是往几个方向牵引
肩。有几次疼的我都吸凉气，用他的话说是把“scar tissue”撕开。最后他吩咐我训
练不能停，但要减量，减磅。一停，scar tissue 就长回去了。
下午，我把以前的一副轻点的弓片找出来，把弓调到了40磅。又找了6支以前用的500的
箭，去Club大概试了一下。没敢多射，找了找Sight就歇了。
以前我赛前热身至少是50支箭，昨天只敢热身9支箭。比赛中途有几好几次都应该take
down，但为了节省体力，都统统放出去了。
忐忑不安的过了一夜，今天早上起来感觉伤没有加重，才稍稍放心。这周排了三次治疗

007占据了版面的三分之二，旁边一细条报道，Michael Crichton因癌症于11月4日在洛杉矶去世，享年66岁。Wow，这个久违的名字，多年以后居然以讣告的方式映入眼帘。在免费酒精的推波助澜下，我的思绪一下子又回到N年前军校的夏夜。
