有人抱怨手枪口径的卡宾太长。那么用手枪口径做SBR如何呢？
其实这个问题是 大口径低速 vs 小口径高速 的延伸，尤其是考虑SBR的应用场合：CQB
的情况下
下图是223的ME vs BBL
对比10mm auto
可以看出，如果管长只有10寸，比较hot的10mm可以达到甚至超过223
357mag表现更好，但是有缘蛋可能会影响可靠性和蛋容量
如果在近距离交火、ME近似的情况下，重弹头表现好过轻弹头，那么手枪口径SBR就有
存在的意义，否则还是继续用步枪蛋 |

不能抵肩射击。不想违法玩枪找麻烦。而且很多州都把SBR给Ban了。但那些SBR看起来
真的很牛啊，心里长草。在这问问大家买不买SBR.谢谢 |

SUB2000过过瘾就行了。
如果你的SBR 申请ATF 通过了当然可以抵肩射击，that is all SBR about. 如果只是
手持射击，那就是个pistol （除非你加了vertical foregrip). |

我是很认知讨论的
SBR相比手枪优势还是很大的
多了枪托可以抵肩，可以安装前手柄
而且手枪弹虽然在10寸以上枪管中初速变化不大，在10寸以内还是要损失不少初速
如果给G18装上枪托和前手柄，那么它本质上也还是SBR，且不说这么配置的难度有多高 |

发帖数: 3786 | 27 SBR是注册以后才能拥有，不能说你先弄一支，然后再去申请。ATF批准以后你要在
receiver上刻上自己的名字和地址。也是因为这个，很多人宁愿申请一个NFA Trust，
然后把Class 3 Weapon都放在Trust下面。这样的话，你就不用把你的大名刻在武器上
了，刻Trust的名字和注册地址就好。
AR pistol当手枪打的话，太重。当rifel的话，太短。控制不好，我见过最惨的是
buffer tube打到嘴 |

don't have a lower at home that does not have an upper while you have
another SBR upper lying around.

lower (without a upper attached) "waiting" for it at home, you will in
trouble when you got caught.
the better way is getting a pistol lower first and use that with your SBR
upper (do NOT buy a stock at the same time). when you get class 3 paper
approved, engrave the lower, buy and install the stock. |

Unfortunately I don't have gas piston AR, so I can't really compare. After
500 rounds, took me about an hour to clean it, the longest part was to scrap
off the hardened gunk on the bolt.
What I read is suppressor on a SBR makes it even dirtier. |
