让明天回复。location在LA，title是quantitative risk
associate,本人是fresh phd。有没有知道行情的指点一下，要

All the fresh phd ones that I know of are about 120k (level 4), with 3+
years experience (level 5) are
about 150k base. 180k-200k seems not the average/medium cases (are they all
level 6? very unlikely I
would guess)
One thing to notice is the way Google calculates bonus is based on medium
base salary of your level,
not your salary. So your friends can VERY easily tell if they are above
medium or below medium.

1）降8%，收入为9万二；
2）21天无薪假+不降，收入也是九万二；
3）12天无薪假+降3.4%，收入仍是九万二。
那我当然选2啦，一样工资，还有21天休假。而且将来若涨工资以月薪、时薪算，也是2
的基数高啊
1) 8-percent salary reduction
2) 21 unpaid days (equivalent to an 8-percent reduction)
3) 12 unpaid days plus a 3.4-percent salary reduction (equivalent to an 8-
percent reduction) |

MS w/o working experience, around 45K...
Unless you have already had a couple of years working experience before you
hold your postgraduate degree, or else, you have no chance to get this wage
level.
I can give you the website of DOL, and here is the prevailing wage list in
different states. U can check with your local structural engineer's salary..

PwC是有bonus的,
asscoiate level只有一个叫contribution bonus的东西, 是salary的5%左右(这个每个
market不一样). Assurance side还有CPA bonus. 第一年考过CPA $5k, 第二年$3k, 第
三年$2k (1k?记不清楚了)
Senior asscoiate有contribution bonus和performance bonus, 如果是high or top
performer, bonus一共会是%10~15% salary(很少有人能到15%)
Manager的bonus比较高了. 最爽的是第一年manager, 有25%的one time bonus(前提是
你从asscoiate开始一直到manager才行)+performance bonus - high or top
performer能拿到35%~40%的bonus, 但是就这一年. 之后的bonus在15%~20%之间
。。 |
