"The intelligence and facts were being fixed around the policy." Everyone
remembers the Downing Street Memo, which unveiled the Bush/Blair "policy" in
the run-up to the 2003 bombing/invasion/occupation of Iraq. The "policy"
was to get rid of Saddam Hussein via a lightning war. The justification was
"terrorism" and (non-existent) weapons of mass destruction (WMD), which had
"disappeared", mounted in trucks, deep into Syria. Forget about intelligence
and facts.

发帖数: 4984 | 2 上回谈到了和我一起工作的老印CEO，此人也算得上是老印里的“极品”了。奉劝
各位在选择工作时要尽量避免老印的CEO。
在上次的帖子里谈到想和老印谈一个Equity的%。 脑子本来在想4-5%，结果还未开
口，老印就在讲给某某专家才0.5%，另外谁也才0.25%，这下子看来差距挺大，于是我
就搬出底线2%，然后说再要Milestone Based 2%。老印虽然没有表现出不满，但是嘴里
说道，CEO才3-4%，VP就1-2%，意思是我还不是VP，怎么可能要2%？实际上他是抽换概
念。一般在Well Established公司的CEO的确就3-5%，但是在一个Early Stage充满风险
的小公司，CEO一般都是10-20%。
其实拿不到Equity倒也算了，让我真正看穿他的嘴脸的是昨天和以前一个同事的一
段对话。那位女士Saker在我之前在老印公司工作。她帮他做了很多事情，结果问老印
要钱，老印说没有Cash，只能给Stock Option， 或者欠着，等开始有Revenue才给。

done? 我朋友没听懂，就听别人点的时候说medium , 他就想“我不能跟他们学”。
他就跟服务员说，large please.
服务员一愣，说sorry we don’t have that. 然后他又说，small please.
服务员又吓了一跳，说sorry wedon’t have that.
他身边的朋友着急了，告诉他，人家问你牛排要几分熟。、他随口就说，80%

43.刚来没多久，BMO打电话给我介绍很多关于银行服务得东西，我一直答:" ok,ok
,ok" ，然后她一直说一直说，说了大概10-15分钟，似乎讲完的意思，我完全听不懂，
然后说了一句" sorry, i don’t understand." 最后换她说了一句，"ok" 然后就挂线
了!

发帖数: 6748 | 7 第一个是A7Rii的最新1.10 firmware，很厉害，必须要升，长曝问题解决了，24-70蔡
头的问题解决了。
第二个就是中国的DEO Saker Falcon佳能转接环, 很强啊，最厉害的是可以在Video中
AF, 而且不是仅支持A7Rii，用在老的A7上面也可以全面开启PDAF，价格才是199, 让我
很心动。现在看到的评测不多，因为10月初才会出货，不过感觉很厉害，哈哈哈哈。 |
