我只说老中硅工。chinatown的老中，福建人温州人青田人，人家团结着呢。
大家都只想享受团结之利，但是没人愿意为了团结sacrifice。
比方说，大家一致要求老中manager招工的时候照顾老中。但是反过来，如果你有两个
offer，一个offer比较低的是老中manager，他说很需要你。另一个比较高的是非老中
manager。你会去哪一个？我看到bbs上的言论可是普遍说是绝对不能给老中manager/公
司/教授干。
还有，如果你的manager是老中，你会因为他是老中而对他更loyal吗？还是因为他是老
中所以更容易不服气，背后捅刀子？我可看到某些人说卢刚这个“高贵”的“北京孩子
”因为生活不顺杀死了农村人山林华，可以理解。你说如果某位农村出身的老中
manager看了，还敢雇北京人？吓都吓死了。

富人不应该比穷人的税率还低。这是Buffet的看法。
