一般炒牛肉就是
后腿肉（Round），包括：
三岔肉(Tir-tip Sirloin)
仔盖,臀尖（Rump）
外脊(SIRLOIN):
和尚头(Sirloin tip)
里脊肉（tenderloin）
上脑（Rib eye/Chuck eye）

如果用高档的tenderloin，一般不需要做太多额外的处理，如果用后腿肉，那么需要做
