他自己的PCR结果一团糟，然后就得出推测：NgAgo是一个连接酶！
他的意思，含有NgAgo基因的质粒进入细胞后，被翻译为NgAgo蛋白，然后这个蛋白存在
(污染？)于提纯基因组DNA的产物中，在PCR反应的条件下(55度)，这个污染的NgAgo就
有了活性，把primer连接到DNA上。
而且的而且，如果primer浓度非常高的话，就降解了这个NgAgo，使其失活。
