这里的罗斯福路，不是台北的主干道，而是加拿大蒙特利尔的一条路，在富人区，旁边
是个小公园和网球场，经常有很多孩子在那里嬉戏。
和整个社区动辄3百万一套的独栋房子相比，罗斯福路在火车站附近，有那么几栋
的公寓楼，房租嘛，大约是两卧室公寓2000加元上下，在多伦多也许很普通，但是类似
大小的公寓，在蒙特利尔，市中心也就1000出头，东区6百多刀都能找到，算是很贵的
，贵的一个原因，就是孩子可以上附近的好小学，和那些一个月地税都要交5千的土豪
们小孩做同学。
因为学校好，特别出名，所以这个区，最近很火爆，华人地产经纪们都打了鸡血一
般网上到处吹，无他，房子贵，5百万一套卖给国内来的土豪，一年都差不错够吃了，
能不卖力吆喝吗，所以一有房子上市，就会有十来个华人经济踩断门槛的带客户来看，
（当买方经纪也是可以分一半经纪费的）。
当然，好小学收孩子也是很严格的，基本上买了在学校门口房子的中国土豪，小孩
都会被发配到附近的其他学校去上“欢迎班”，因为法语不行，只能名义上在这个学校

用过一个红米，公司的app装不了，说有rouge ware -
流氓软件，我本来不在乎什么流氓软件，但直接影响我工作，断我口粮那还是不行的
。本人不是富二代官二代，但感恩还是智二代，靠父母在知识智力的栽培，能自己双手
劳动自力更生。同意公司要求做出厂设置，全部铲光，所有手机数据都没了，但还是不
行，那些个流氓app根深蒂固地深深嵌入在出厂设置硬件，无法去除，最后只能换别的
手机，还被公司人笑话一通神马烂手机。
希望国内公司不要店大欺客宰客，捆绑垃圾流氓app逼用户使用。听说现在最干净的手
机是motto,出自早已过气的摩托罗拉，可能不够花俏，但人家凭良心做事实在，没捆绑
垃圾流氓app逼用户使用。也希望国内公司不要捆绑海外华人华侨的爱国情怀去使用充
斥捆绑各种app的国产设备。现在换手机看到国内牌子还真得犹豫三思而后行，爱国之

不到4年时间杀害170万人的“种族自我灭绝”政权
谓的“过去”是1975年至1979年间的柬埔寨；至于“没有杀很多人”，两个老人所属的
“赤柬”（Khmer Rouge）政权在不到4年时间杀害了大约170万人（一说约200万人），

1：法庭这个人一定不是胡兵。
2：法庭上这个人不一定是胡斌。
3：如果一定是胡斌，那说明我的赛车生涯不是很乐观，连人都认不出了，哪还能认路
啊。
4：法庭应该当庭宣判死刑立即执行，看看被告喊的第一句话，就知道是真的还是假的
了。

书店出版，在中国大陆首度公开发行了简体中文版。
《邓小平时代》一书英文原著于2011年在哈佛大学出版社出版，2012年香港中文大学出
版社出版了未经删节的中文版，译者为冯克利。港版全书约58万字，其中注释6.1万字
。三联书店的大陆版仍采用了冯克利的译本，但对内容进行了删节。
大陆版正文较港版删节约5.3万字，其中包括“邓小平时代的关键人物”（Key People
in the Deng Era）一文约2.6万字。附录部分，大陆版的注释从港版的105页缩减为78
页，索引由港版的39页缩减为11页。

中国企业被判刑5年。
美国路易斯安那州巴顿鲁治(Baton Rouge)地方法院1月12号对刘文树下达了上述裁决。
刘文树的另一个名字是大卫.刘，去年2月7日，陪审团认定他窃取并出售陶氏化学制造
氯化聚乙烯机密罪行成立。刘文树2005年被起诉。
他还因说谎掩饰涉及一项共谋，而被陪审团认定伪证罪成立，至少有另外4名同事涉及
这项共谋。
除判刑外，法院并裁定没收刘文树60万美元及处以2万5千美元罚款。
陶氏化学称刘文树这种窃取并贩售商业机密的行径“完全辜负公司对他的信任”。
