我晕菜！只好说，小老百姓的我还要上班工作养孩子呢，再说老公在这里我怎么走啊！

我租了一个two bed apartment. 我的roommate突然走掉,他的东西还留在房里.他欠我一个
月房租费$500.他的东西不值钱,他的房门平时是锁住的.但我能否打开房门将它们清理掉.
我今天找到他工作过的公司,他的老板也在找他回来.他的老板说他也欠公司$2000多元,并
且寄了一张$400机票给他.我们都给他家打电话,但他不接电话.他还有一倆旧车停泊在我们
的apartment parking lot.不值$1500吧.
只有我和apartment签约.他是我后来找的,没有签lease.我只预收了他$300 deposit.他不
回来,他的房间不清理干净,我也没法租给别人.
问题在于我能否打开房门将它们清理掉.他将来会不会反过来告我,说他丢了东西.我应如何
处理这件事?
