三室一厅。这是一个Townhouse的第三层。第一层是门面房，第二层房东住，第三层我
租了下来。我正在给妻子办绿卡，这个过程要持续5-12个月。前一段换了工作，所以才
不得不换房子。租房的时候我特意跟房东说了，我的妻子和孩子要到半年以后才能过来
，我在这之前要找人share the cost. 房东可能以为我要找朋友合住，他也没说什么。
但我入住后，要找roommate,房东却极力反对，不让我找外国人，只让我找朋友或中国
人。可能房东以前和外国人有过不愉快的经历，听说是闹到了法庭才赶走了房客。但在
这里中国人很稀少，哪能找到中国人？我找外国人可能一住几个月或半年，但中国人可
能只能论天、周或月记。而且我觉得找外国人可能更靠谱些。但房东却不这么认为，他

西哥裔。晚上工作，白天睡觉。他刚一来，就用我的炊具做饭，用后也不清洗，就扔在

蹭蹭，最后才勉强交了。我几次要他搬出，他起初答应了，但到最后还是不动。这个是

来后，因为LEASE还没有结束，EARLY TERMINATION FEE 要2000刀，所以就找了对美国
COUPLE住。 因为LANDLORD不允许SUBLET，只能把他们的名字加到LEASE里做为ROOMMATE
。在他们跟OFFICE签LEASE的时候，我也准备了一份AGREEMENT给他们签，大意是说他们
同意每个月底付房租给我（我是给了他们DISCOUNT RENT，他们给我钱，然后我在给
OFFICE付下月房租），还有其他一些条款。 他们这个月（JAN）中搬进去的时候按
PROPOTION付了一月份的房租。现在是一月最后一天了，他们应该给我付房租了。可昨
天和今早各发了一个EMAIL给他们，不见回音（来这以前他们都很及时的用IPHONE给我
回信）。我怀疑他们是不是要赖房租了，我准备傍晚的时候去他家门口等候。如果他们

他最多拿走你的deposit不还，上法院也不要说搬走，就说找了roommate, 不会拿你怎

evict一开始立刻搬走是不会留credit记录的，evict notice上面写的是你必须再xx天
内搬走，不走的话要上庭，然后再判决，然后再n天内搬走，不搬地主再去申请强制执
行，然后警察叔叔又拖n久－－所以房东是不想没事evict的
