按医疗实践版版二的说法，美国手术批准与否基本由医院自行掌控，没FDA啥事。
从这点看，美国医生对手术可行性有绝对的发言权。
这跟大部分老百姓的观念严重不同。
手术失败，很可能是因为医生瞎搞。这才是医疗实践版版主需要操心的问题.
不管怎样，肖对病人动刀了，或者依据他的"肖氏理论“让人动刀了, 他就得担这个责
任。
虽然当年没跟方肖大战，但从实际发生的事件来看，肖至少犯如下错误：
1）按医疗实践版版二的说法及references, 理论不是肖首创。肖吹成自己的首创理论
。不知道肖从哪得到的灵感，觉得可得Nobel。做实验得nobel机会少。他想靠几个手术
得Nobel？
2）按医疗实践版版二的说法, 美国一般在儿童上做，因神经塑性好。肖性急也好，利
欲熏心也好，在国内啥年龄段的病人都收。这样的话，效果很难保证。很让人质疑肖的
85％是不是造假。

球球和妞妞的相识非常庸俗－－相亲。球球听说对方是个比自己小不少的姑娘，特地先
做了个除皱美容按摩，
出门前又认真梳了梳头。
妞妞紧跟fashion，戴上时下流行的蓝色强生美瞳，又仔细描了描眼线，好突出自己的
大眼睛。
尽管两人这么严肃认真的准备了一番，第一次见面的结果仍旧不理想。
球球：“这妞儿怎么眼睛涂的像熊猫, 脑袋顶上竖歪毛啊？”
妞妞：“他没见过姑娘啊？怎么呲牙咧嘴的笑得那么傻!”
球球回家后被老妈气急败坏的一顿教训：“你小子得现实点儿！你看看你，既没事业又
没门路，脾气还这么差,哪有温柔漂亮又贤惠能干的姑娘能看上你这个白胖子！”
妞妞的养父母巴不得早点把这姑娘嫁出去，自然也给妞妞做了不少思想工作。

那个需要有特殊的 License. 你可以自己捕捉不等于可以自己流放。
你抓到了应该叫管这些的部门处理的。
这些还是多读一下法规，放 trap 也是，有些类型的 trap 放在自己
院子里也是不允许的。不要想当然。

少血，赶紧用水冲了再酒精消毒。后来看网上说要先隔着笼子混熟了才能开始慢慢尝试
抱。
上网查了一下好像因为chinchilla属于rodent所以不带rabies，一般不会有大事。我前
年才打了破伤风的针，不过明天还是去学校的health service看看医生怎么说。 |

需要提防的是破伤风，我4年前已经打过了。
由chinchilla传播的rabies历史上还没有记载，如果他们有rabies自己就活不了多久。
而且rodent是一般不会携带rabies的。 |

第二篇说猫到底有多危害wildlife animal。最近发表的一篇paper说每年猫会祸害掉
billion的鸟，然后这篇文章说第一，这篇文章做数据模型基于的两篇旧文章本来的结
论就有问题；而且样本太少，没有正确性。第二，说在城郊得到控制（绝育Program）
的野猫对wildlife压力不大。因为他们大部分吃垃圾和rodent。但是，如果是在自然保
护区，可能对野生动物的压力就会比较大。第三，说为了减少对野生动物不必要的伤害
，家猫还是应该indoor。而且，根据他们在55只outdoor猫身上放摄像头发现，Hunt不
是一个大问题，真正的问题是他们会遭到很多危险，比如打架，穿过busy的马路，在房
顶上跑。所以，为了家猫的安全，请indoor。
