对于广大普通青年，hybrid适应面最广，坐垫舒服，轮子宽，不容易爆，
比较矮，不怕摔，带挡泥板，下雨也不怕，周末一家人出去溜达也不错..
以后真发烧了，再上个好的roadie不迟... |

骑法，其实每次3分钟都够了。
2. 找群帅哥在前面拉着骑，从13.5 boost 到 15不成问题。

cyclocross重，你要是很强壮，又想通勤，offroad也行，不过你已经说要roadie的。
记住花叔的活，等你玩熟了第一辆车，再来N+1。 |

。roadie上坡消耗的能量活动的肌肉是spin 不能比的 要是有条件的话 建议大家买
一辆road bike拉 公路自行车很爽的 对缩小膝盖最有帮助 |

trains both on stationary bike and roadie, as required by his bike personal
trainer.
no need to be so snobbish and pretentious. a serious rider is open minded
and uses whatever suits him.
and spin usually has higher intensity than cycling on the road as long as
you are willing to challenge yourself. that's how my bf trains his climbing.

picked up roadie since 07, I definitely will not ride a MTB.

我搞了个CARBON ROADIE 暂不打算搞小三， 更不提大铁了。
实力很重要这点没错， 好点的车子看着是个工艺品， 骑着更舒服 ···· 而且靠装备来弥补不足也是不错的选择 （其实实力好的人 装备更好 我们就不能再这个上更吃亏了）
鸵鸟同学 直接上了三项的ROAD BIKE 也不打算今后折腾换车了

听说 平时如果要GROUP RIDE, 好像一般的GROUP 不愿TRI BIKE 一起
所以你权衡一下 要上小三，半铁，大铁 就买TRI 否则ROADIE, NO BRAINER
我也不玩这些 还是乖乖骑ROAD 更实惠实用。 如果要TRI 加个AIR BAR 就可以了 |

for XC and one full suspension for downhill. How dare you say one roadie is
enough? You certainly need a promenade bike for fair weather and one
compatible with fenders to ride in the rain. Did I mention you need a single
speed commute bike too?

1. tri bikes have more aggresive geometries. They are more aero dynamic.
2. road bikes have a more upright riding positions
3. tri bikes have bar end shifers and brake levers.
1 and 3 make tri bikes unsafe to ride on the road where there is car traffic
or in a peloton. TT or tri don't allow drafting so that it's not a problem.
of course you can ride a regular roadie in a TT or tri. |

if you are after tri, get a tri bike. but then it's not practical to use a

Ontario Cup Road race 里的RMMA.2级赛手，超快。他骑了三个stages，都是用的
cyclocross，其中两个stages都是第一，另一个第二(慢了一分钟)。
我山地车stage第三，越野跑stage并列第一。 |

single track (nothing hard even) but don't really enjoy the mud and the bugs
during summer (in the midwest, the tracks will be muddy days after a rain..
.). Looking more toward the roadies now but dislike their gay-ish clothings
... lol At any rate I'm doing it for x-training purposes, it doesn't
matter if I'm on a cruiser, a mtn bike, or a road bike - as long as I keep
up the tempo I'm satisfied. :)
