完成跑世界五大马拉松系列赛的美国三站:芝加哥,纽约和波士顿,人似乎失去了目标
。破三不是没有想过,但的确看到不少破的头破血流。更重要的是,破三了又怎么办?
天下没有不散的筵席。
2009年出了几件事,让狼保持跑马拉松的兴趣。
网上有个跑友,可能也是缺乏动力,公开提出和狼PK。他当年波士顿跑303。大伙起
哄,说这是典型的耐力和速度之战。哥们当年首马就过320波士顿达标,大狼三岁,
能赢他也是件很好玩的事。最后我们谈判达成协议比1英里到马拉松5个距离。
另有一个跑友,比狼大一岁,做了件很有意思的事。当年这哥们为320波士顿达标,
除了一周一个LSD,只要跑的动,一有机会就去跑亚索800,也就是10x800,8
00米按3:20跑。后来硬让他达标了。跑完波士顿,也是没有目标,天天到处跑马
拉松,也不训练,比赛前通宵喝酒。马拉松跑了不少,体重越来越高,成绩越来越差,
最快的也就340左右。
当年我们网上一帮跑友,闲来无事,分两队PK,主要以成绩提高的百分比比胜负,由选
出的2个队长轮流选秀。人都快选完了,还没轮到他。他不高兴了。很显然,他当时最

RACE和其它的RACE差别在于有世界各地高手加入 -- 角逐$7500奖金第一, $5000 FOR
2ND,````.
来自长跑之乡OREGON 的 24岁的RITZENHEIN, 击败前两届冠军绰号BUSTER,来自澳洲的
GRAIG MOTTRAM (MOTTRAM去年跑了28:12,差两秒与$15000破记录奖金失之交臂), 并以
28:08打破保持了十年之久的28:10的中央公园记录,另外获得了$20000的破记录奖金.
RITZENHEIN 捐了$7500. 他去年第一次参加MARATHON (ING NY),2:13:XX, 第十一名 (
美国人中第二).
我这次不到41分,一直努力达到SUB 40, 每次总差25 - 55秒, 看来在中央公园是不可能
了(北面坡较多),TRACK FIELD或平路还有希望.

期六跑首马。在此特发这个帖给周末将跑马的同胞加油。
特别是半个同乡thundergust,万一你跑累了,就想象着回到妈妈的故乡,在你喜欢的
瘦西湖里奔跑吧:)))。从瘦西湖公园南门入园,沿着湖边长堤,经过“四桥烟雨”
的春波桥,跑到小金山,远眺钓鱼台,喝口水或体育饮料;然后,经过琼花台,跑向五
亭桥,经过白塔,跑到二十四桥,喝口水或体育饮料,聆听玉人吹箫给你加油:)))
;然后,从瘦西湖北门出园,那时你会闻到咱们淮扬经典名菜之一 “清炖狮子头”的
香味,那是在终点线附近外婆家为你准备的美食佳肴:)))。朝着那“清炖狮子头”
方向加油冲刺,跑过终点线,成功地完成了首马。
上一张改良版的“清炖狮子头”,不是用传统的猪肉,而是用蟹肉和鱼肉做成的,味道
好极了:)))。
言归正传,用1年多前拍到的奥运马拉松选拔赛实况照片给所有在这个周末跑马拉松的

b***i 发帖数: 10018 | 8 说实话,你训练马拉松的重点不是很对。你的最强项是1500m,说明你的速
度已经够了,无需再练mile repeat,甚至不用练任何speedwork。
你最需要的是10迈以上的medium long run和16迈以上的long run,不需要
太快,用比MP低10%的HR或者pace来跑就够了。你看一下AM 12周70mpw的计
划,你会发现里面有22个这样的session。它们才是马拉松计划的重中之重。
相比之下,tempo只有4次,MP只有3次,interval只有5次。
你不要担心不练speedwork,会失去中距离速度,这只是暂时的,是为了BQ
必要的牺牲。等你跑完boston再想回到track上,很快就可以pick up了。
