Review： 26 （7 journals）没有太好的杂志 (IF 2-4)
引用：递交时240+
推荐信：6封，4 independent，一欧洲，一澳大利大，四美国
找了律师，先提交eb1a然后追加pp，一周后收到NOID。IO判断单项满足标准，但
totality不够，NOID notice很长，批判的点比较多，我看不出IO真正关注的是哪一点
或者是每条都不放过，我总结了要点如下，也把原文附在文后了。
Review：
1. 仅有审稿的客观证据不足以证明sustained national or international
acclaim
2. 审稿次数被律师搞错了！

加了四封推荐信（都是引用过文章的人），要了几封editor的信证明是领域top的人才
能被邀请审稿，
最主要的还是要挖料挖料挖料（之前不上心 惨痛教训啊筒子们），然后要在推荐信中
体现， 另外最后决定的回信策略是相当于重写了一遍PL， 而没有针对io逐条反驳（因
为可能就是个模版io拿来贴一下吧）
感觉这个0201还算比较公正，也有可能holiday season了，心情比较好^_^
以上希望可以给大家一些回复noid的参考信息，由于一些原因，更详细内容就不方便写

后来人有帮助。很多时候我们尽自己最大的努力去准备，结果如何，交托上帝手中，将
一切的忧虑卸给神，因为祂顾念我们。相信或走或留，有神同在，都会走出一条恩典之
路来。
1. DIY 还是找律师？
各有利弊。我两年前申请NIW时的时候找了律师，律师帮忙写的推荐信。这次申请EB1A
是DIY，主要原因是律师不肯接，理由是引用不过100，把握不大。想想有了NIW的经验
，推荐信再改改，DIY的难度应该不大，于是就DIY了。在DIY的过程中，感觉对于相对
来说比较弱的case，DIY肯定比律师来弄把握更大，因为只有自己最了解自己，也对于
自己的申请更上心，更能挖掘出闪光点。如果你的case很强，属于肯定能过的，找律师
肯定更省心。下面的可以不用看了。
2. 怎么准备I-140的申请？
第一步：做足功课。

美国Top20 PhD, Top10 Postdoc. Claim老三样：文章、贡献和审稿
文章：11篇。5 1st author；5 篇领域内最好杂志（IF~10）；一篇为中文杂志。 引用
190+ (ISI), 250+ (Google Scholar).
审稿：24，（IF 从25到1不等，9个杂志）
推荐信：5封独立加1封PhD导师（美国、英国、意大利、加拿大和台湾）。
1封主编审稿证明信
1封公司合作者支持信
参考版上的经验，深挖了自己的贡献。做了油灯图，根据关键词索引了自己的文章，列
出了Small Percentage，也总结了引用并应用自己文章的文献。
感觉所有证据都已经用上了，手头上当时多准备了三封独立推荐信预防RFE（以色列、
爱尔兰、美国；美国那封来自工作界；2封编辑证明信）。

完全照抄Aprilmm的。因为我是两个小孩的妈，还要上班，根本没时间搞绿卡申请，3月
20多号的时候，我要到一个地方开会3天，我就把April mm和版上另外一个人的PL打印
出来，带去开会了。除了我present那天，我就在旅馆写这个了。完全是以April mm的
做模版。同时给几个人发要推荐信，我的两个老板的，是我自己写好，他们签名的，两

看怎么办：
我claim了authorship，review，和contribution。
其中authorship我claim 了9篇（6 journal papers + 3 book chapters)。6个journal
paper全是英文，大部分impact factor在10-12之间，都是领域内的top journal，这
个在PL
里都写了。 Book chapter也是大出版社出版的专业类的百科全书，也请主编写了推荐
信。
Review 8个journal，19次。一半的review是没有影响因子的，另一半大概在2-4之间。
我的引用很少，只有70几次，但是我是生物类的，所以可能就显得更少了。 我在PL里
highlight了一些比较strong的citation （牛人，牛校，牛comment）
NOID letter里承认了这三样，但是否认了entirety。具体如下

我看了看判例里头Final Merits Determination 中扣得比较细（这个判例本身是3个标

耶稣赐给基督徒新的生命，这是千真万确的事。就如同，头活着肢体也跟着活
着。若耶稣没有从死里复活，我们就死在罪犯过错中；但是因着耶稣已从死里复活，所
有活在基督里的信徒，也跟着一起复活。耶稣的死为我们还清罪债，并把我们从永死的
刑罚捆绑中释放出来。祂的复活证明我们的称义，上帝的恩典拯救我们，将救恩白白地

delivers us from the Law. In chapter 6 we were shown the way of deliverance
from sin in the picture of a master and his slave; in chapter 7 we are shown
the way of deliverance from the Law in the picture of two husbands and a
wife. The relation between sin and the sinner is that of master to slave;
the relation between the Law and the sinner is that of husband to wife.
